The delivery was accidentally made tomy home address rather than the party atCrystal Bay clubhouse in Lake Suzyand my phone didn’t ring unknown Jetsnumber through when delivery drivertried to call me. So when I called Jetsthey said they left the pizzas at my home address.The manager was outstanding and courteousand made a new batch of pizzas for meready in 20 minutes. The mishapwas partly my fault for not remembering myphone doesn’t ring through unknownnumbers. Jets Pizza is THE BEST! I live in MO and had it there for the first time. I usually don't care for deep dish but the rest of the family wanted it. It was FABULOUS. Then I had it here with the cauliflower crust. AWESOME! I highly recommend.
Have been ordering there for 3 years and lately it has really gone downhill. They can’t get light sauce right and for some reason even though they are in the pizza business they can’t cut a pizza. Tonight’s order is the last time we will order from them. I ordered a large thin crust well done plain cheese and what a mess. They have always cut the thin crust in small squares and it’s a crispy pizza. Not tonight it was cut in well I can’t tell how many pieces because it looked like soup. It was cut like a classic round. You couldn’t even pick it up it was so loaded with sauce even though it says in the order light sauce. The cheese and sauce just slid right off. The deep dish pepperoni which was also ordered well done was far from it. What a waste of $46.00. The only thing worth the money was the driver tip. She was great and I’m guessing she didn’t make the pizzas. Terrible and they couldn’t care less. So much for loyalty. I’m sure Bella Napoli or one of the other local pizza places will appreciate a $50.00 to $65.00 weekly pizza order. No more Jets for us. Detroit would be embarrassed if they saw the food they serve.
My husband and I ordered the same thing twice. He gets thin with mushroom and onion. I get the 8 corner cheese and sauce.We like the pizzas we got. I find it weird that the thin was cut into bite size triangles. I asked for mine to not be burned but the edges were both times. The delivery drivers were so nice both times. Text order is easy.Now the takeaway. Even with the 20% off, two pizzas were $43.00!! That is too expensive.If the prices weren’t so sky high I’d rate it a 5 for what we got. It’s a shame that we won’t order here more often. But it’s crazy expensive.
We really enjoy jets pizza, have ordered from here many times, and this location does not disappoint.

The pizza is great. Whoever answers the phone has dyslexia. They reversed 1 set of the chain of numbers. Either one of the 16. The exp date or the cvv. This was all confirmed by card company.After 5 attempts someone else came on the phone and got it right. What a joke. Do better.
