Horrible service I ordered the steak tips with over easy eggs food was cold and under cooked my steak tips were raw and my eggs were under cooked the server got rude with me because I said my order was wrong and when I asked for it to be remade she snatched my plate and stormed off I asked to speak with the manager and when she came out I explained the situation and she said none of my servers would do that and no way my food was raw I left without paying and will never be coming back at and be going to the other IHOP from now on at least they get my order right and if there is an issue they promptly fix it with no attitude. I hope corporate sees and sets them straight
The restaurant was practically empty of patrons, however it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to greet us, and another 10 minutes to be seated. Apparently there was a new waiter, but his trainer certainly could have greeted us when she made eye contact on several occasions. Our waiter seemed timid and mild mannered, and he didn't seem eager to help even when we asked for syrup, and later asked for ketchup, which I had to get for myself. He showed signs of concentration and critical thinking in his new job. The food was great, the cost was reasonable for the portion sizes, and we had a wonderful family meal. A big shout out to Kmani to keep up the hard work, and please know that you are appreciated!
I decided that my first dining out experience since the COVID-19 pandemic began would be at iHOP, despite never going there before. I was very satisfied with my experience!The server, Linda, was very lovely and made sure that I knew all the possible options so I could get exactly what I wanted.Now for the food, I had the Smokehouse Combo, and I was pleased with my meal. I had my eggs over medium, and they came out exactly as I had anticipated. The sausages and hash browns were lovely, though I did have to add some salt and pepper to the hash browns to get a better taste. The pancakes were super fluffy and soft, even despite me leaving them for last! The flavor of the pancakes combined with the maple syrup was wonderful.For my drink I had coffee to try and make up for my lackluster shut eye, and it was quite pleasant. There was plenty of sweetener, sugar, and half and half provided to me so I could get the coffee exactly where I wanted.Will likely revisit when I'm in the mood to eat out for breakfast again, and maybe even lunch or dinner.
Never had a bad meal at any IHOP.I usually get the Belgian waffle and friend gets an omelette of sorts. Their coffee I think is really good since most places it's not. Service is always good and people are nice.
We always go to breakfast at IHOP when we have early morning or afternoon appointments. Which is often. Today we arrived at 10:15 am. We waited on our simple breakfast order while we watched 3 tables that were seated after us, get their order, eat, pay their bill and leave. At 11:26am we left after our waiter said he would check on our order. He should have checked way before an hour wait. First time we have experienced this type of service. Very frustrating ?
Came in on a early on Saturday morning. Very busy on after that as to be expected. Waiter got my order incorrect, but I just made it work considering they were very busy. Service was ok- food was good. Just expect it to be very busy on the weekends.

If it were yrs ago I'd have given 1 star but I guess they've stepped up their game. Great food at IHOP!! Our waited Michelle was new but she was amazing!! Great personality and smile. Being new didn't hinder her at all. ?
We just visited IHOP in punta Gorda 1501 tamiami trail South and this is the filthiest IHOP I have ever seen there was still feces in the toilet in the bathrooms pee all over the seats paper towels on the floor dust everywhere absolutely ridiculous never again. The kitchen floor look like a mud hole it was absolutely disgusting.
Worse service ever, the staffed could not answer simple questions about eta’s on my orders. They were more concerned with smoke breaks and talking in the back. Save yourself the headache go anywhere else but here.
