Gatorz has been around for a very long time. The place and the atmosphere is quite nice. However, the problem we have is that both quality of service and quality of the food is not consistent. Allow about 45 bucks plus tip for a small meal for two with finger food , and two drinks/beers each. Sometimes the food is great, other times it sucks, and you regret going. Same with drinks, which depend vastly on the bar tender. The blonde makes great drinks - some others don’t. Sometimes there is a band on Saturday nights, other times there isn’t. Not saying the place is bad, but it certainly lacks management.
We loved it! They had a great looking menu. I had the Gator Bites and my husband had the Jumbo Hot Dog and Fries. It was great! Really cold beer too!
Service here was not very good. Definitely bring the rating down. Portion sizes were good, food was average. I would probably not come back here.

Great Burgers! Staff was great, food was wonderful, and cost was some of the best in town!If you can do an early lunch, it’s a better time. By 11:30 they were packed. I watched and everything continued on as I stated before.Highly recommend this place!

We love gators, went for dinner February 19th, couldn’t wait to order our favorites, fish Reuben,yum onion rings; and my husband favorite burger. Britannia was our server. She made our experience so frustrating, and she was in a constant rush, with no warm regards. She was also very confronting,when we asked her for another sauce for our onion rings , it took her 10 minutes to deliver the sauce, by then we had finished onion rings. She argued about the 75 cents that we refused to pay!!! Then she had a complete attitude! We will never go back on a Saturday, and our experience was not favorable with her. I also asked for extra pickles and she brought me 2 little pickles!, bummer for our favorite restaurant, it will be a while for our return! SIncerely Laura
Gatorz has a nice atmosphere and live music. We ordered a sampler platter, wings and gator bites. We heard the wings were great and that was one of the reasons we attended there. However we found the food fairly greasy and had to return some wings that still had feathers on them. While the server did reduce our bill for the wings that had feathers, it was quite disappointing that this happened and the four of us were so grossed out we did not enjoy any of the food we ordered.
I'm currently sitting outside after dealing with a very rude waitress (Sammie) that messed up our order brought the wrong type of fries to our table sat it down walked away and when we told her it was wrong she took them back walked away and never brought the fries we ordered. When asked if I could have 2 beef tacos one chicken I was told she would ask if it can be done and let me know. She never came back to answer my question. We were the first ones who were here when opened and we got our food after multiple other people. When we tried to tell her that we didn't get our fries she stated " yea I know I took it off your bill", Then when we got our ticket ( there were 3 if us with 3 different tickets) she messed up our orders. When we told Sammie that the tickets were wrong her response was " Um.. that's not a big deal!" Other than the rude waitress we had great food however, we ordered wings and we're charged for the blue cheese and celery who charges you for blue cheese and celery with hot wings?
