Love my Five guys! Always consistent at this location. Employees are super friendly and fun. Place is kept clean, and you know the burgers are delicious.
Five Guys always has the best burgers by far. And the fries don't disappoint. They also are accommodating to gluten allergies. The only reason for a 4 out of five was the fries were overcooked and a little mushy but other than that, typical 5Guys burgers and fries.
I absolutely love this place. The burgers here are phenomenal. Is it a little more expensive than someplace like McDonald's or Checkers? Yes, but damn is it worth it. Your normal burger doesn't come with just one patty..it automatically comes with two! The fries are freshly made from potatoes. And of course the staff is always fantastic. Five Guys is definitely my go to when I want a great burger. Highly recommend that you try them if you haven't already.
One of the worst BLT’s I have ever had. Cold, over cooked, stale bacon. Asked the server if they had any freshly cooked bacon and she said they cook all of their bacon in the morning for the day. Should have asked for my money back on the spot. Live and learn. First time trying Five Guys. Will definitely not be back.
Have been there three times while on vacation! Always stellar service and truly the best burger we have had !Have tried burgers in five places between Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Five Guys has outshined everyplace we have been! Hats off to you !
If they had a drive through you know everybody in Port Charlotte would be here. Real fries Fresh burgers, not a steak and shake. I got my meal less than 5 minutes. Looking around the restaurant I see they won many awards around the world. They gave me a sample of fries that's what made me believer. Now let's look at the real food and see how it tastes. I got a double cheeseburger with mayo. ketchup. onion and lettuce . Also I got in order small fries. Already had drinks in the car. And yes, everybody: after 1 bite of the Burger, I was right its delicious I don't understand why they're not busy as hell. Like burgers on a flat top at home , if u cook. Two pointers the fries are seasoned well , but throw little salt on your Burger. Good eating. By the way nothing wrong with steak and shake just this is better not sure about the desserts think they may loose on that. Perfect amount of food cost me about 13$ more than fast food but just as fast and way better for 3 -4$ more. I know what I'll pick.
Definitely the the go to ace for a great homemade fresh burger and fries.
This Five Guy's went down the tubes. The bun seemed stale, got the end hunk of lettuce, the pickles had stems on them, and the taste just wasn't as good. Threw out half of it. To pricey to not be good ?
Worst burger ever - cremated. Can’t find any juice -watched the guy press all out while on the grill. I will not be going to Five Guys again to pay a huge price for what they are dishing out. The fries were so greasy and had a sour taste like soaked in vinegar water
Called and placed an order over the phone for a large fry. The guy was super friendly and asked if I wanted any burgers or shakes but I said no. I told him I was already in the parking lot so he started them right away. Upon entering we decided we wanted to add some shakes. We mainly came for the fries since we already got jersey mikes subs but wanted fries with it so we came here. The fries were decent. Could have been cooked longer tho as they were a bit soggy and too much salt. Overall for this being a “large fry” that I paid $5 for I really didn’t feel like it was a “large fry”. I’ve been to plenty of five guys to know what a large fry is and this wasn’t it. Shakes we ordered were delicious. And again the guys here were really good and friendly. Originally this review was 3 stars but however when arriving to this point the guys working deserve the extra star. Crisp up those fries a little more and easy on the salt! :)
