For the bar packed with what I would assume to be regulars, I'm sure this is a 5-star venue, but even though we were greeted the moment we walked in by the bartender, we sort of felt like second-class diners at one of the side booths. As my stars reflect, it was just okay: the table hadn't been wiped down, the chicken on both dishes was dry and not even close to freshly-prepared, and the service was okay. Maybe we'll try to secure bar seating next time, but I'm not sure we'll hurry back.
Great local Pub, can't beat the food, the owner, Tom, is a very polite man and always friendly. Troy is the manager and Shawn " The Chef " are the best and friendliest people you will ever meet. Not leaving out the bartenders, always are tending to your needs. This is my favorite place for food and drinks and believe me when I say I've tried them all !
I had to send back my Cuban sandwich to be pressed longer because the cheese wasn't even melted, sandwich came back cold inside. After I spoke with the owner about it, he came back to the table with the explanation that the food sat in the window too long. Apparently the kitchen didn't tell him the sandwich had already been sent back once to be pressed longer. If it was cooked properly to begin with it wouldn't get that cold sitting in the window. Sir you might want to look up the word integrity, next time don't play your customer for a fool by lying.
Great 'neighborhood' type bar. Family owned and operated. Friendly patrons. Wide ranging menu of sandwiches, housemade soups, salads, wings and bar snacks. Daily specials. Bar trivia. Low volume music - you can still chat!They need to move closer to my neighborhood, though, I'd be going several times a week.
OMG, happy hour all day and every day. Food is awesome. The staff are great. Prices are reasonable and the portions are good. You need to go here a lot. Live entertainment! Do it. Do it now!

During Covid we had the worst luck finding good service anywhere and chose to not eat out much. A friend had us come to Finnegans and the service was so good we started going every Thursday for a few weeks. Then we noticed little roaches in food one day and told the server. Figured we would get our meals comped for bugs in each of our wing baskets. They offered a 10% lol. The worst part is when we showed them the little roaches, they already knew about the roach problem and decided to stay open and not bug bomb or whatever. Honestly that is horrible. Also read their inspections since on the department of health reports. Disgusting
