Worst customer service I’ve had at any Dunkin. If you wait in the line you’ll be there for at least 30 mins, inside isn’t any faster either. If you take the 5 extra minutes to go down into Punta gorda and go to the one right by airport road you’ll be done faster then this one, and that includes the drive! I go out of my way every morning to go to the other one cause they have me out of the line in 5 mins even if it’s a long line.A shot of expresso to add into the coffee is .50 every Dunkin I’ve been at is the same. Except this location, when I asked why it says .50 to make it your own coffee on the menu she said you have to use the app. Which is untrue. My coffee ended up being almost $6 because they charged me for a individual expresso shot. The lady was rude. Go to the other location, you’ll never regret it

Lobby constantly closed, drive thru only with a obnoxiously long line. My work vehicle doesn't fit in their lane, so can never stop. Place has gone down the drain

The absolute slowest location period. Either hire more staff or hire people that can move the drive through faster. It’s been going on for way too long. 20 min sitting in a drive through for a coffee is outrageous

Every time I’ve come to this location the dining area is closed. Drive-thru is completely busy most of the time. I would not be surprised if this DD location closes again.

This is by far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever encountered. They close the dining room at least 4 days of the week and say the are training someone. For a MONTH straight. Then a couple Fridays at about 2pm I tried getting a box of donuts at the drive thrus and it was closed at 2pm for the rest of the day. I'm sorry so say all of this bc it has nothing to do with customer service bc the females that work there are always very pleasant. What I will never understand is how the manager isn't managing this store and how much money yall are losing on sales is unbelievable. And for the life of me someone explain why the hell they would close the dining room to train someone?? Not multiple people. Just one lonely trainee?? What a joke

Everytime I go here they always give me the wrong order! My order could be a simple donut but they always give me the wrong type, or a breakfast sandwich but they give me the wrong type, ect. Management should really do something about it because from the reviews it seems like I'm not the only person having this issue.

This place needs New Management ASAP. Dining room is always closed. Constant staff turnover and staff will complain to customers about how horrible it is to work with management there and how they don't care about their employees. Whoever owns this franchise needs to give it up and turn it over to somebody who will make it a good place to work and fully operational.

I went inside today as the line for drive thru was almost to 41. I went inside wait 5 minutes to order no big deal. The lady at the counter didn’t know how to ring up my drink. She never put light ice or extra flavor. That I can ignore and get over. I ordered a Maple donut and some hot food. Didn’t check the donut because how do you mess up a maple donut! Well got home and she gave me chocolate! Honestly I don’t know why I bothered driving there everytime I order from here it just keeps getting worse. Proper training goes a long way.

Customer service was terrible, I order 2 days in a row I look like they throw the foods together inside the bag n it was cool. Try to do a walk in to forget what was going on why the food was thawing together and cold they did not even have a sign on the door that says they're not taking any walk in. Whoever was at the window was very disrespectful and catching a attitude for no reason because she can't answer a question.
