Went to this store this morning, they had 1 person working the Dunkin side and one person working the store side, (before I left another Dunkin employee did come in), this poor girl at Dunkin had 10 coffees in front of her that she had to make. Online orders and the orders for the people standing there. It was my turn to order and she asked me to wait. This early in the morning, no coffee, but I saw she was busy and behind so I had no problem waiting. The cashier from the store side emptied her line and came to the Dunkin side to help. Short staffed but they rocked it, the wait was not long and they all smiled and were polite the whole time. Great job pik n Run/Dunkin Donuts Peachland.
This place doesn’t deserve any stars . The women with white hair (says she is the manager) is always so RUDE and argumentative when they’re the ones charged for me an order they couldnt fill. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell they couldnt fill my order and then as Im walking away she proceeds to talk about me in front of 15 customers as if I am the problem. When I asked for a refund, I was told take it up with the App.
Not only did they double charge me when i was placing an order. When I called to let them know they replied , so what we aren't going to do anything about it and hung up on me !! I called corporate customer service and reported them. Corporate said the owner will call u back I ln 24xto 48 ours ...I'm still waiting ! DONT SHOP HERE but if you must, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT !!!!!!
Wow, last time visiting this location. Employees were rude and unhappy. On a busy Saturday morning, they leave a new employee running register by herself and when she asks for help, the worker or manager was rude. I'm not happy with paying to be treated that way. They were out of certain flavors as well as jelly. Less than 20 donuts left on a Saturday morning at 10am. And flies flying and landing on bagels. Horrible experience
New staff and the worst lattes I have EVER tasted at a dunkin donuts. This used to be a location that I frequented.
Very rude girl working. Asked her to remake coffee. She remade it wrong again. I get the same thing at 3 other locations and it never tastes this bad. Train your staff better

Can’t correctly make coffee with step by step instructions. Asked to fix, makes same coffee, makes 0 eye contact. Just a pompous worker with 0 pride. Garbage place. Drive to Punta Gorda instead
Went there to get a Croissant and the woman working stated “I ain’t making any hot food” she was rude obnoxious and disrespectful. She continued to complain and nag about having to work at Dunkin’. I will never revisit this location ever again. I rather drive 15 min out of the way from now on.
Never go wrong with Dunkin always fast and polite staff and always got great suggestions
