Has been more consistent lately, I’ve been able to count on the 4th Street Dunkin’ to satisfy my need for an iced Carmel latte whether it’s in the morning or after work.Hoping to get that 5th star in the event ofA) The chicken sandwich doesn’t have a 50/50 shot of being inedibleB) The drinks aren’t a wildcard of either zero flavor, good, or PERFECT (just give me the flavor, like a lot -that’s why I love DD, I want sweet coffee I think that’s what the Signature selections are for?)C) There’s someone in there that makes the perfect Matcha, thank you <3D) That’s all I got
Rude. Out of most flavors. Paid on line and they refused to refund. It was take it or leave it. Never again.
Terrible experience. The lady messed up our order and didn't even fix my friends order.
It may have been a bad day to stop by but they were Sold Out of almost everything we ordered. We were told hey had no bagels and no croissants. In the end we chose English Muffins. One of us went to eat our sandwich and it was a bagel. After they said “Sorry we had no bagels.” As they handed it to us. No Salted Caramel drinks either so ordered alternatives there as well. Vanilla Latte was super bitter when normally it is on the sweeter side without having to add anything extra. The employees seemed to be try ing to work with what they had but everything was very unorganized. Other customers had a similar experience from my observation while waiting in line.
Unfortunately stuck in line for 30 minutes for a coffee. We were the 8th car in line. Normally most drive thrus are rocking but today this one fell very short. Staff was nice, did what they could but apparently understaffed for the day ?♂️
Wasn’t open when I came I believe do to it being thanksgiving. Usually the coffee is better than Starbucks
They really have it together! I go here everyday, order ahead and it's always there...right on target. Love the iced lattes. Even with the lines they keep everything moving smooth. Great friendly staff. I drive by a closer Dunkin because of the service here.
Ordered two iced matcha lattes. They made them totally wrong and I didn’t bother saying anything because the lady taking care of me was extremely rude and had an all around bad attitude. Not coming to this location again.
These people were so busy, I don't know how they keep up and still get everything right. Line was long but worth the wait as per usual.
Online order was ready. I just would like someone to initiate a greeting so I can tell them what I'm there for. I stood there for five mins.
