Consistency is so very important, and my local Domino's gets an A+++ every time I order. Pizzas arrive oven hot, in perfect condition and always exactly as ordered. Any of the non-pizza items are well prepared with perfect seasoning, containing fresh, well balanced ingredients. I have never experienced a delay or error with any order. IMHO, Domino's is always doing it right.
This has never been the best Dominos in the area but it is the closest so I have gone with it. Today though takes the cake. Following the tracker, when it said my order was completed and ready for pickup, I pulled into the drive-thru. The person at the window tells me it's in the oven and it will be another 6 minutes! WTH
Normally my order is correct and there are no issues. Occasionally they might make an error but will rectify the situation without any issues.
The pizza place doesn’t take 50s or 100s and whoever I was on the phone with, she was rude. They hung up on me .

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered online was given estimate and even a tracker to show when food be ready for pickup. Arrived after pizza was suppose to be ready according to the website and tracker. When pulled into the pick up lane, was car in front of be honking horn and complaining they had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the window. After 19 more minutes someone finally appeared and gave them thier food. As I approached the window I gave my name to the gentleman and he left window, 5 minutes later he never reappeared, instead was leaving to deliver some food. Another person finally appeared at window I gave them my name and they came back and said my pizza just went into the oven. This is 15 minutes past when they showed my pizza was completed. I asked what options were and he said sit and wait, I said I have been adn asked for manager, who he said wasn't available, I said I will wait for them. Next a young snotty woman who wasn't wearing her mask correctly appeared at window and told me she could cancel or I could wait, I asked how long she sarcastically said when it's done. I said how about you just deliver it so I'm not forced to wait. She said okay I will cancel your order and slammed window shut. My card was still charged for food I never received. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
This Domino's is prejudice against carnival workers. I was told that the GM told employees they were not to deliver to carnival workers.
Placed an order online and received the message saying the order did not go through. Checked my bank account online and saw the money was withdrawn so I called the location and spoke with a manager named Madison and I offered to send her a screenshot of my money being withdrawn and she told me she didn't need the screenshot because she has no order for me and she cannot help me. She literally did not care at all we will never order Domino's again
Another disappointing quality from the same location.This time the order was correct. BUTThe pizzas arrived looking as though someone grabbed one side of the box and spun around till they were too dizzy to stand..and as usual...They did not do anything to redeem themselves...
I asked if the location was able to provide a 7.99 large coupon deal after ordering a large. They were unable to provide the deal in store and said it is a website only offer. The deal is listed as a national one and the website allows you to cut out the coupon to provide in store. It's ridiculous. I have been going to this location for years and they weren't willing to work with a longtime customer.
