Horrible, showed up to.place a togo order and was told no, due to 1 cook, 1 watress and a training watress. So i could sit, order not finish eating and get a togo box tho. Guess need to scratch Dennys of list and spread word about rude service and lack of togo ordering. Unreal, even funnier is they only had people at 5 tables and most already had food and eating.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a denny’s in my entire life to start it off the front door lady told me “I need to wait a second” then walked away from my party without asking us to come with her for our seating then after being seated we received our requested drinks then waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order after waiting another 15 minutes we received our food which the chef did very good on no complaints there but then the server brought us 3 extra items we did not order but tried to bill to me and after I had finished 1 drink she walked in and out of the backroads looking at my party and my empty cup 7 times before coming over to ask if I need a refill.I will never be revisiting this Denny‘s location again until the staffing issues has been corrected.
We visited this location under the impression that they were open late. Around 9 p.m., they were completely dead. I had a gut feeling and asked what time they closed. Our server said that usually 11/12, I don't remember what time she had said, but much later than 9 pm when we were there. But then she added, "But tonight we closed at 8 pm for maintenance." Not once did they rush us or give us the feeling of being an inconvenience. Had they said something, we wouldn't have held them up, so hats off to excellent service.
1 waitress but she was so kind even taking care of everyone! The wait was longer to receive food so have patience at least she's working it.. you go girl!❤ we ordered breakfast 7ish pm very good ty cook..
found plastic in my food in the gravy for the country fried steak even though it's house made so where did the plastic come from
A customer service from the people can be a little bit busy but other than that it's a wholesome and wonderful place for the entire family to and have a breakfast together.
Usually really good but tonight it was bad! Never asked what kind of eggs my husband wanted. My omelet had mushrooms even though I asked for none. The English muffins were in the toaster maybe 30 seconds. The waitress was sweet but she’s new.
Waited over an hour for simple eggs Benny only to have it arrive cold. Worst service I've ever had anywhere
The food classic Denny's. The servers are all fantastic, and so friendly that you'll soon become a regular!
Typical Denny's fare, service and comfort. Don't expect a great meal. Omelettes were basically scrambled eggs with the toppings tucked inside. French toast was passable as was the bacon. Suggest heading down the street to iHOP as prices weren't very cheap for what you get.
