I just want to say, these hardworking ladies I saw yesterday made my day! And not only due to the ice cream they served. I just came from across the street at Winn-Dixie and had my debit card close by knowing I was going to be using it again soon. Once I ordered for my son and myself, pulled up to pay and couldn’t find my card anywhere. I apologized to the sweet young lady, while frantically searching for my card, she was so sweet and said, “ it’s ok, take your time,” with sincerity. I thanked her and while still looking asked if I could pay with Apple Pay, she replied “yes” then I realized I’ve never actually done that before… she must have known by the look on my face and stuttering I needed more help, she calmly asked for me to lock my phone (I did) and then asked me to double push that same side button (again, I did). And Whallah! My card popped up I said “ I knew r KNEW that!!” and she scanned it and sweetly stated, “ See you were meant to come see me today!” They were amazing and kind even though so busy! Thank you!!!!
I love ice cream. I have never had an ice cream I didn't like... until now. My entire sundae was bitter tasting. It was awful. Besides, I ordered a turtle sundae and all that was on it was a little bit of chocolate, hardly enough to taste. Even my dog didn't like her ice cream and she also loves ice cream. I absolutely do not recommend this Dairy Queen! I can't get this bitter taste out of my mouth.
Went in there today, and the two people that were there were very rude to begin with. They put in the wrong blizzard flavor and acted like it was my fault that they made the wrong one. The didn't turn our blizzards upside down. They just slammed them on the counter. In the process of making my correct flavor, they made other orders before mine. Very disappointed and probably never go back. Worst customer service that I have ever had.
Next to Olive Garden in Port Charlotte Florida this has to be the worst management I have ever experienced in my life and I have lived in about seven different states in two different countries. Supposedly the owners name is Cary and she is a very rude individual with a very poor attitude! Is very sad that we as a paying customers have to deal with a managers/ supposed owner, acted and communicate with people in the way that she did. which is unacceptable! I’m still in the food industry and I know that you don’t talk or treat people in the way that this lady Cary talk to me and treat me. I was going to be a paying customer but by the end of the conversation I didn’t want anything to do with North support giving her the opportunity to spit in my food and I surely was not going to give any of my hard and earned money to her!r
Always good place for a combo meal w/ sundae.. The associates are always wonderful.
Sweet kind girls that work there. The knew it was my birthday. The most delicious ice cream cake 4 my birthday. My husband ate most of it lol. Fantastic place I won't go anywhere else 2 get my birthday cakes nowThank u,Patti Hawley Pezet

This Dairy Queen is constantly out of something and the blizzards are ALWAYS melted when I receive them. I always have to put them in the freezer for a couple hours before eating it
Today ordered 2 blizzards, one was oreo the other suppose to be the "new" advertised oreo mocha fudge blizzard. I opened the cup to just vanilla ice cream. Thought that must not be right maybe it wasn't mixed well. Dug to the bottom almost no oreos, mocha, fudge. Should have just got plain oreo one I guess because that one was fine for the person in my car who ordered it. Plenty oreos.
