Went through the drive through my wife and I. We tried the sourdough melt meals. They where black bread so burned not edible burgers where burned and maybe old too. Onion rings and fries just not really good cold and old. Oreo ice cream was good. Spent 30$ or more very unpleased and still hungry. Called and got answering machine left a message and never got called back . First and last time we will be going here!
First time at any Culver's and it was a great experience . I didn't realize this was a walk up order type restaurant so ordering " fast food style" I was a little skeptical. My curiosity concerns were quickly put to rest . We ate in and the counter help were polite and very helpful. I got through my order , taking a number and sitting down and a clean table. Within a short period of time my Double Deluxe with fries showed up piping hot and delicious. My fries were perfect , crispy and hot as well . After finished up with an amazing cup of their vanilla custard hitting the spot . I will definitely be visiting this Culver's again and appreciated the nice experience.
Culver's has the best tasting take on fast food in the area. Their Chicken Cashew Salad is a delicious meal on the healthier side. They also have great chicken tenders, pot roast (as a sandwich or plate dinner,) and fried fish. Yum! One caution: the custard is so delicious, ice cream will never measure up for you again. The service is fast and friendly, the food is fresh-made when ordered, and the dining area is pleasant. Enjoy!
I ordered curbside. 10 minutes after letting themknow I had arrived I still hadn’t received my order so I went inside expecting it to be busy or short staffed. Once inside I saw several (8+) employees just standing around. One employee was even eating custard by the drive thru window. Not one employee acknowledged me. It wasn’t until I finally said excuse me can someone help me that someone came out from the back to give me my order. I don’t eat at Culver’s often and tonight just reassured me why I don’t.
We came in just before the crowd hit and it still took a half hour to get our meal. My deluxe burger meal was less than acceptable. The burger was cooked beyond well done and the bun was desert dry. Also the fries were I big overcooked. I understand that these times are hard getting qualified employees but I hope things will get better in the future
Sandwich was red inside. Waited for a replacement and was brought a double which again was not done inside. Very disappointing. The third hamburger never arrived at all. When I went to the manager he just said he would refund me. Never even apologized. We won’t be back to this location. The Kings Hwy Culver’s has always been awesome!
I love the food at Culver's, always have. This location is never slow and food sometimes can take a while. However this chain still has in my opinion, the best fast food burgers
Messed up my order, got 2 fish dinners instead of 1 fish & 1 burger. No I'm not driving all the way back to fix it, that's the point if drive thru. Fries were cold, fish was soggy. On a positive note, cole slaw was good. I won't be back.
This Culver's is horrible burnt onion rings only half full and sandwiches we're lousy. They need lessons from the one out by kings highway
Great food, fast service, clean restaurant and bathrooms, and awesome location.I got the double butter burger and it was very good. The cheese curds are cooked well and taste great. The fries and onion rings are crispy and the dipping sauces are fresh. The soda's and flavored waters taste nice. They have many ice cream flavors, too many to try them all, but the one's I have had are great. I recommend a pint of "Devils Food-Cake" as the flavor is to die for.
