Let me first start off by saying that I normally love your food when our office orders lunch.. but this is just not acceptable. You should be embarrassed sending food out of the kitchen that looks like this. And I wish I could say the overcooked steak and presentation was the worst of it, but sadly it was not. The smell was absolutely putrid. My coworkers were just as taken aback as I was.. so much so, that I tied it up in a garbage bag as airtight as I could possibly get it, and hauled it out to the dumpster. Alas, my efforts to contain the stench were seemingly in vain.. a half canister of Febreze later, the malodorous essence still lingers. But the most unfortunate part of this entire ordeal is that while the not-so-savory odor will eventually fade.. remnants of this unpleasant experience will wear on well into the future.

Our server was Andrea and quite frankly the best part of our dinner. Her knowledge of the menu, ingredients, best deals, offerings for rewards, immediately correcting everything, kept drinks filled, very pleasant. And continued the same with everyone she waited on! Hubs and I had fajitas, 2 for $25. Due to Andrea, they were not over seasoned and enjoyable. Port Charlotte Chili's is a location we will return to.
They have definitely gone downhill on food quality. Our bartender was on point but could not make up for such a poor performance from the kitchen. Hell it’s a chain everything is already pre cooked. How hard is it to serve hot food?
Mitchell was an amazing Server for our family today. Especially being my husband's birthday today and his first time at
Adriania was the best server ever! She was extremely patient and she was very attentive. We absolutely adore a waiter/waitress that checks in with their guests often ti make sure everyone is taken care of. I don’t normally leave reviews but she was just that great! With only having 3 servers there, she still did an amazing job and was able to be there for not only us but I also saw her constantly running and checking on her other people. This girl was simply amazing! Would most definitely go back and request for her section. She went over and beyond for us. One of the bartenders made a mango sweet tea for me but it just wasn’t right. She went over and remade my drink and it was possibly the best mix I’ve had at chilis. She’s awesome!

Food is always good, price is excellent. I had the lunch combo with southwestern chicken soup (delicious) and shrimp tacos. My husband had the chicken fajita lunch. The fajita dish is our favorite and we have never been disappointed. We also enjoy the happy hour drinks.
I have eaten here several times and never had an issue, today I looked at the reviews and saw a bunch of idiots leaving bad reviews because they have very little staff so as someone in a similar situation at my store I feel I should let people know that this restaurant is great whether they have little help or not. The food was incredible and I don't mind if it takes a few extra minutes since literally everywhere is short staffed including my place. You all need to get a job or hush.
If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE! For starters they are EXTREMELY short staffed. Look I get we are in height of season in the middle of a pandemic but holy cow, is all I have to say. This restaurant was so busy and had 1 server per 7 to 8 tables. Not to mention, what looked like a manager was walking around cleaning tables and thats about it! Our food came out about an hour after we sat and the food was cold. My boyfriend and I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwiches with fries. The breading was soggy and the most of the fries were burnt and tasted nasty…like they stuck the fried back in the fryer to cook more because they realized it’s been sitting out too long. I was asked if I wanted a refill twice….did I get a refill? Absolutely not!! Lastly let’s add that we waited for good 35 minutes before we even got asked if we wanted desert or the check! So all in all we spent a good 2 1/2 to 3 hours to eat and get on out of there. This is pretty sad. Who ever owns this establishment really needs to one, either hire more people or take less customers in. The poor servers seemed overwhelmed/overworked and management didn’t seem to help. I will NEVER come back here.
