We went to Chick-fil-A today…2 moms and 4 little ones - which is no easy task. But, from the moment we walked in, we received exceptional service. A lovely woman got us situated with a table and 2 high chairs. We were checked on often…received waters for the little ones…and even got stickers
Honestly I love chick-fil-a, however we tried to go through the drive thru with a trailer on the back of our vehicle and they began to take our order but then kicked us out of line saying they couldn't help us through the drive thru because of the trailer. There is plenty of room to drive thru especially when you know how to drive with a trailer. I suggest they post signs requesting no trailers.
Got my order all wrong!!!! Looked in one bag it was right, food in the other bag wasn’t out order! Wait time was awful! Get it together!!
Love it! The manager was super nice as well as the staff. I felt like they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Our son was given some stickers by the staff. We love this location and think they are a 10/10!!
I've been to many chick fil a's. The owner/operater runs this location so smoothly. My order is always correct.My only complaint is they never have menus when going in the drive through. You kinda have to know what you want before hand. I asked if they had a menu & she said no, just a tablet, you have to check the menu off your phone.
This turned out to be an excellent experience for me. I've had a lot of Chick-fil-As in my lifetime, but I believe this was the best one I've ever tasted. Plus, it was the first time I've ever had their ice cream. I will definitely make sure I get it every time I go now. It was wonderful. It tasted just like homemade ice cream. Everybody on staff did an amazing job. I've never seen so many dynamic young people in one place. Kudos to the manager. If you are in the area, you really should check them out. Staff is always nice and friendly. Food always hot and fresh. Only bad part is whenever we go the line is very long. But it's just a reflection on how the food and establishment is. Well worth the wait. :)
