We had dinner on Saturday (6/4) and had Alexis as our server, it was very busy but she was on top of her game, her menu suggestions were perfect. The service was outstanding. I got paged from work and we had to leave in a hurry and Alexis got us cashed out and packed up very quickly. The food was excellent, but the service was even better. Job well done Alexis
It was a Delightful experience the attendance was good and the food delicious. Definitely will visit again .
We arrived behind a large party. The hostess seemed a bit frazzled because they were short staffed. I have to thank our waitress Mimi for doing a great job. She served us promptly, all the courses came out at the right time, nice and hot.
The service and our waitress were awesome, steaks beyond delicious.
First of all, the place was busy. But that is understandable for this time of year. Food was good and our waiter was decent. However, there was a family there and the lady needed to feed her very young infant. So she did so at the table. The couple at the next table made her feel so uncomfortable that she and her family left prior to being served. She was covered the whole time. But they felt the need to gawk. The reason for the three stars is that the hostess and busboy then engaged the couple, agreeing with them and talking down about the lady and her family. TOTALLY uncalled for. I have been in a lot of restaurants and have never witnessed that level of unprofessionalism. Both appalled and disappointed. Fortunately, my waiter was not involved.
We did a call ahead for 2 people at 7 p.m. on a Saturday night. Although they were very busy, we were seated within 10 minutes. The lobby was manned by a hostess, host and a 5 ish year old girl. Although cute, in my opinion posed several risks. The phones were ringing constantly and she would pick up the phones and scream into it then hang up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Why was this allowed? Our waitress, Karen was efficient, prompt and friendly. Our orders were taken promptly. Soup, was good but my salad was covered up with carrots. Large, small ..covered with carrots. My partners steak was tender, cooked correctly, but his broccoli tasted like fish!!! My shrimp and scallops in voda sauce was below average. 3 shrimp and 3 tiny scallops for $23.00. This was the most subpar Carrabas I have ever been to. Won't be back, don't waste your time or money.
Wife & I dined there Tuesday night. Greeter/Maitre d' seated us quickly. Restaurant was quite busy. While we were waiting to order, a waitress cleaned off a table across the aisle. Everything on the table & seats was brushed off directly onto the floor - not encouraging. Then a little 4-5 year old girl wearing diapers delivered some menus to an adjacent table. Evidently one of the waitresses had child care issues. The little girl repeated the menu delivery several more times. The little girl was very cute but.... We raised five children and are very aware of how dirty hands (let alone diapers) can be. Beginning to be evident there was no management on premises. The food was passable but our appetite was diminished. Then (the final straw) wife went to use bathroom. Handicap toilet had plugged up & overflowed onto floor. There was a mop bucket there but no person working on clean-up. Dirty water on floor and papers towels were wet. Luckily wife always carries sanitary wipes in her purse. Neither of us wanted to finish our meals by this time. Asked for a manager but no one was "available". Disgusting waste of time & money. Advise everyone to avoid this restaurant.
Always like their food. Our waiter was good and very apologetic because the food was slow in coming. I think the problem is the lack of help, like all locations.
This place was really a good experience. First of all my waiter was amazing. I was having difficulty finding what I wanted on the menu. The waiter just said tell me what you want and I'll have them make it for you. I said I'm not a big pasta lover if I get pasta it'll just be a little bit. I said I want a piece of chicken like this picture with a side of pasta like the table next to me. He asked if I wanted a salad, I said ok. He gave me a meal with pasta on the side and it includes a salad. He stated that this is the best price and gives me all I wanted. Thank you Jerry for great service. my meal was just what I wanted. So, even though there are Carrabba's near my house I will come back to this one in the future. Food was good 4 stars, service was more than 5 stars. I recommend this restaurant for the great time that I had.
Stopped by for lunch on a rainy day. About 10 cars in parking lot, immediate seating. Got busier after we had left.Had the veal Marsala with roasted broccoli side, and a salad with house creamy Parmesan dressing for about $22. Tasty, but the veal was a bit grisly/chewy. Should be fork tender, but needed the knife. Blue Moon chased it down. My better half had the all you can eat soup and salad for $7.99.Server gets a b- for not being quite attentive to us.
