Lizzy at the register was amazing , she has awesome customer service stills and was very very patient with me cause I did not know how to use the app and she every patiently took me were i needed to be. I have never felt so much understanding and compassion from anyone working in customer service as I did with lizzy. Burger is really lucky to have such an aamazing person taking care of there consumers I will differently be back to this burger King just because of lizzy thank you so much lizzy stay amazing
?? I understand that is hard to find people to work. But when you want in a dry suit line, for over 10 minutes to get your food. This store has a major problem. That second trip I go back. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for somebody. Nobody was at the counter to serve three people in front of me including I. I don't think nobody should wait in line that long for anything that they call fast food.That food was okay for being Burger King. ????????????????????????????????
Food was freshly cooked. Very hot and tasty.Service was way better than the ones in Winter Park Fl. Thank you for your great Burger King!
Worst customer service I've ever received from a Burger King! First off, my order was taken in Drive-Thru, then because of an issue with an order up front, we waited 20 minutes in line. I got out of my vehicle (since no one was moving), and I asked if this was an isolated issue or if this was going to be an issue with every vehicle. The clerk up front completely ignored me both times I asked her. In her slight defense, she was coordinating an order from the vehicle stuck in Drive-Thru. But still, that's no excuse to completely ignore a customer. Then another employee walked up and explained they were just having an issue with the current order. I witnessed the first clerk take the credit card from the vehicle up front. I asked at that point if they would just take my card really quick to pay for the order, but they said they could not have people pay out of order. I understood that, so I went back to my vehicle and waited until we finally moved ahead. When we finally got to the window, approximately 30 minutes went by. I went to offer my card, and the lady said they are no longer taking cards, and it was cash only. I was furious! Not only did my 9-year-old son wait 30 minutes in line with me to eat, but they refused my payment! They KNEW I was just in there to pay, and they said I would have to reorder inside to pay by card, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID IT FOR THE EARLIER CUSTOMER!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! For the record, this happened on 4-7-22 at approximately 6:30pm
The chicken nuggets were fresh and @ $1.49 who can beat that price point?! Right!? Cheeseburger was slightly disappointing but God willing there's always next time. Thank you Lord!
The burgers were cold and so were the fries. Sorry to say this is not the first time. Got the meals around 5 pm and the food was like it was cooked at 4. For 20 dollars I will now make the extra drive to 5 guys.
Placed an order on the app waited though the drive though, got told my item is not in stock, when I asked them to cancel it they said I had to do it, when I asked how they brought me to the complaint section of the app. When I asked for a costume service number they said they did not have one. When I asked why they took my order (and my money) well out of stock they said they can't mark items out of stock on the app. I google the coustmer serves number and told them that and they said none of it was true thay have a number and can mark items out of stock. Also I was talking to the GM of the location so maybe she should learn how to do her job.
I ordered my meal with no cheese and they failed to do so. I am lactose intolerant so that ruins the whole sandwich. The place wasn't busy, it was around 1600 hours.
Visited this location very slow drive thru and unable to serve the Impossible Whopper (out of patties?) So got 2 regular whoppers. Got home and both sloppily made and missing tomatoes.
For the kings highway burger king: what the hell was this? Not only did you take forever just to make this order, but it came out looking awful and tasting equally as such. Ridiculous. The fries were hot at least, but the soda was flat as hell. Cmon.
