I placed an order this morning over the phone and had the best experience. I work at a medical facility and was placing a large order and I'm very detailed and can be a lot to handle LOL. But a gentlemen named Austin took my call and orders. He was so sweet and kind to me even tho I had alot of requests and needed extras of everything. Super pleased with his customer service. Clean, bright and attractive dining rooms with quality food cooked to order. Our wait staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Way better than any fast food at prices that are comparable.
The food was very tasty fresh and really good. Family place to go. The service there was excellent..very friendly waitress ...she made the meal very pleasant & relaxing. Enjoy the experience! ❤
Had the honey chicken with mashed potatoes got a salad for 1.99 extra was really good server was really nice as well I was kinda surprised store closed at 830 I thought was 9 but we did not look first I think it just common to not check if not like right in front of your face as walking in but they did not rush us out so that was nice went out with my in law my son is married to her daughter so was nice to spend some time together it hard to get family time as much as everyone works to afford to live here and get like next to no time to enjoy Florida like no real beach time so dinner was a nice as well to together
Wow what a difference a few years and a great server makes! I gave this place a very unfavorable review because a previous server was extremely rude and surly to us. Our return visit was so pleasant and the food was delicious. Our server, Trinity was so sweet and attentive. The food was wonderful and piping hot when it arrived. We were so happy with our experience and so glad we gave this location a second chance.
We always love going here for breakfast with family to catch up on life. Yesterday we went in and it was a busy morning at 930a. We waited to be seated less than 5 minutes. The waitress seated us and took our drink order. Came back a few minutes later with drinks and asked if we were ready to order ti which we asked for a couple more minutes. Well that turned into about 20 minutes. 3 waitresses and 2 bussers thought it was more important to walk by us several times, menu's down waiting to order, to clean off a table and fix a window blind. When we did get to order. The food came out fast. My eggs were over cooked almost burnt. My toast was half buttered and half toasted literally. The home fries were almost cold. My husband's country fried steak was not the norm he always gets. It tasted and looked like a frozen steak from a package. His home fries and toast were the same warm and half toasted. That was a bad experience and we are not sure if we will go back to that location.
There is a brown hair brown eyed young hostess/server who kinda stays back a little bit but addresses people who come in. I walked in to immediately go to the restroom, went to one side, saw nothing and had her rudely address me asking if she could be of help. I said I was just looking for the bathroom and she felt the need to over explain and be a little rude in her tone. No one needed you to tell them where the bathroom was, it was obvious it was on the other side. She came across as rude altogether like it wasn't just this incident. I came out of the bathroom and she was complaining about someone she dealt with where I could hear her. You guys should really let this one go. She clearly lacks professionalism and maturity.
