Floors were sticky when walking on and when getting k up also Arby's sauce there were bugs on the device. The employee came out to clean but did a quick job did not remove any of the pumps just wiped off the top it was like yuck. Will not go there any more they all were standing around talking and laughing when cleaning should be done.
Came by at 10:40am in the drive thru on 4/24/22.Early in the morning and excellent service!Employees had great attitude.
Had a bad experience, and the General Manager called and asked for another chance. Seems they really stepped it up, the good was excellently prepared and delicious. I hope they keep it up. On the downside, they close at 5pm due to staffing issues most nights.
The arby's Here is a far cry from the arby's that I go to in Indiana.. I can't wait to get home to have some good food from arby's and to use my mobile app. Since I have been in Florida I have have had mediocre food From this arby's not to mention that I cannot use my arby's app cause they always have it shut off at this location this location as well as having having the Dining room closed according to the sign it is closed due to a staffing problem but it's been that way for the 2 months that I've been here. I am very disappointed I just had a fish sandwich and when I got here the inside of the fish was colder than the lettuce and tomatoes which which was wilted & gross I am very disappointed
Ordered two reubens and there was absolutely no meat in either one! I guess that explains why I got them so fast.
Went there at 4.45 to drive through and they had a sign up saying they were closing at 5pm...waited to place my order and was told they are closed. Asked why they had a sign saying they close at 5 if they were closed at 4.45. no answer. Second time I have had this issue. I don't think I will give them a 3rd chance
Just went to drive thru and was informed they just took their last order and was closing. This happened before last week when they were closed early.
Pleasant service I really liked the girl in the window we need more people like her. food made perfect bun not soggy. Best Arby's in a long time
King's Hwy location not open in the middle of the afternoon both times in seperate weeks?! First time they indicated no workers available. Second time their cash registers were down/out of order. Hmmmmm.
I drive a truck for a living so my truck won't fit in any drive thru. So I call and was told we are closed after asking if I can place an order over the phone and hung up on by some female that obviously doesn't want to work DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER.
