Really don't understand why this nice restaurant has started limiting large orders for takeout. If it's because people don't show take payments over the phone by card only. Many of us are still not comfortable eating with big crowds but still want enjoy your food. Please reconsider your take out policy.
The wings are delicious and super tasty! I would definitely go out of my way to stop and order some more. My first visit was crazy because the road was blocked due to a bad accident and I wasn't familiar with the area, but I persevered, picked up my wings and I was NOT disappointed. This is my new wing stop :-)
Customer Service is horrible. It was about 3 months ago my family and I ate there but the chicken wasn’t cook to my Sister’s satisfaction. The manager had corrected it. Nonetheless, the women server had an attitude because someone yelled at her before checking us out. 3 months later I came back from out of town to give this place another chance. The staff had us waiting for 45 minutes. A customer came after us completely ate their food and we still waiting on our food. It was only six of us I don’t understand why we had to wait after two other tables but the server had the nerve to bring us the bill before we had gotten our food because after waiting for over an hour we asked it to go. My son spoke with a lady who was the manager asking do you think it’s fair that we waited over 45 minutes for our food? She then stated, if you want your bill to be discounted it not going to happen. Of course we left the food on the table outside. The bill was about $97.00. Later that evening my family and I went to Wing Plus spent $91.00 with excellent customer service skills. Now after reading the review anyone would ask if the service wasn’t good why go back? My Father passed away and the last place we all hung out together was at this establishment. The customer service still suck eggs but we at least tried to give it another chance. Of course we won’t be back to busy making new memories at Wings Plus.
My family has been coming here since I can remember. The wings are THE BEST. I love the lemon pepper and hot with minced garlic. The corn nuggets and curly fries are a must as well.
First off, they don’t take American Express which is a huge inconvenience. The service is not that great. Sitting outside and waited 10-15 minutes before someone came around for a refill on my small, plastic cup drink they give you. Ordered chicken wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks. The wings were NOT the best I’ve ever had. Sauce was watery and thin. Some of the wings were tiny. No size to a few of them. The fries were bland, soft, and lukewarm. The mozzarella sticks were ok. The marinara sauce was liquidy and watered down. Something out of a can. Won’t be returning here again. Do not recommend.
The wings were fantastic!!!! Service was phenomenal, I’m just traveling through but I’ll definitely come back! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Been coming here for over 40 years and I did not get the wings I wanted and also they were crunchy with their post to be soft and also their website says one price and they charge me another not happy with the way the running things now And did not even care Said they had no control over what the website does which is totally absurd
I haven't been to a Wings & Things since they closed on Broward Blvd. My coworker told me about this location. My wings were delicious!
Not the best one even on the price, wings and fries too oily ,plastic cups for soda and a slow service at 200pm and everything that was fry had the flavor.
Wings and service are both good. Love this place
