Horrible experience I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years. They know me and my order, how ever lately the service has been terrible. I believe in chances and now the are completely OUT!! I usually ask for a chicken sandwich but request for the cooker to replace their gloves because I don’t eat beef or pork. And at Wendy’s they touch things with hands not TONGS. The manager in duty today COURTNEY(bald black guy) never seen him before was RUDE. He refuse to cook me fresh food or to accommodate my request for my sandwich. They will never get my service. Also they never have potatoes and the lobby be close 3x out the week. Homeless people are ALWAYS outside begging or laying down. I will just head to the one way on power line and Atlantic.
It doesn't even deserve one star first of all you have women in their dressing like they're in their home attire jeans on different colors wearing hair covering pieces that you normally should wear and a hairdresser at a home not train to insert coupons into the computer for discounts not knowledgeable of whose order order four meals I get five chicken sandwiches are old and dry manager disappears to her office at this point I am still calm and just waiting on my order to be re-cooked because chickens were not golden brown they gave me a frown I'm being very constructive here when I say Wendy's has fallen I remember even when I work for Wendy's everybody in unison .
Does All Wendy’s locations don’t have electronic payments or is just this location? I feel every store should accept Apple Pay or electronic payment as a option this location doesn’t have it
Ordered my mother a baked potato and she likes Sour Cream and Butter. Didn't receive any of them and tried to call because that is the second time this has happened all calls go straight to voice mail. Will not be returning to this location. These are the people that want $15 an hour. This is the definition of Unskilled labor. Here is a skill your team needs to learn "READING".
Went to drive through yesterday and got a Cup of Chili with cheese and a Southwest Avocado Salad for lunch. Enjoy it, and the drive-through stuff was really friendly.
I like Wendy's I like their breakfast but I don't eat there that much so I really can tell you about all about their food
There's no need to order ahead, I've still be waiting for 20 min for food.
Food is usually good, used to be my favorite wendys but the last few times I've gone seems like they put anybody at the window, I get it to, most places are short staffed and have a need for employees right now. Had the app for a free large fry with purchase, I told her it's supposed to be a large and she says well we don't have large fry containers at this time, I was like then give me two smalls so she got the manager to assist me as she walked away with an attitude, like why would you assume giving me less would be ok. The manager corrected the issue and was kind.

Save yourself the trouble and find a different Wendy’s. The customer service here is AWFUL. Very rude, impatient and they talk over you every time you try to talk. Also, they take forever. There are barely any customers and they took over 30 minutes to get our food out. I am not sure if they are short staffed ornot but it shouldn’t take THAT long. Plus, they didn’t even get our order right and when we went in to get our missing food, THEY ARGUED and said we were wrong when we literally had proof. While all this is happening I can see customers in the drive through leaving without paying and getting their food because they are just blatantly being ignored. This was probably the worst fast food experience. Wendy’s corporate needs to come down here and do some serious training ASAP cause this was just sad honestly... never coming here again. (Side note) we tried to get their names but none of them are wearing name tags, no surprise there. Im sure they get complaints constantly.
