Drive thru person is definitely mad they have to work. The food was good though.
The young people at the store horrible over the speaker phone but once I got to the window they were really polite and have me extra salad dressing and candied pecans they're APPLE PECAN SALAD IS REALLY GOOD THERE
Without a doubt, the absolute slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve come here 3 times. Same thing each time. Crazy. The girl at the window seemed high af.I forgot to ask for my receipt so I was unfortunately overcharged ? The one thing I always remind myself is always get my receipt before I leave smh
we sat here behind another vehicle at the window for over 10 min just to get to the window to be given hard as rock, completely burnt fries, not once but twice. the second set of fries were even more burnt. 3rd tome aroundz a disgruntled employee came out to delivery me more burnt fries. horrible experience. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME MY SPRITE. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
Absolutely the WORST service you could receive at any business. Will never return to this location. I'd mu h rather drive 10 more minutes to the next ine since it's a guaranteed 30 minute wait in line every time. Then after that you're greeted with terrible service. No Thank you.
There was a problem with the girl. She could not simply take the order. She was not properly trained or just didn't care for her position. In conclusion we finally got our order in at the next window with a more experienced employee who not only took our order but was very apologetic and gave us a discount on our food. It's not in a great area so they deal with a lot of different stuff from ppl, try to have patience.
Nuggets were cold, fries were cold, and cheeseburger was warm. At least the frosty was frozen and the drink was good. The employees were very polite.
Lack of professionalism for a work environment. Wait times on drive thru are long. Food is always wrong. They even got my coke with Lite ice wrong. Extra ice? Really smh. Poor poor poor service
They didn't run customer away like other locations limiting what can be ordered off the menu. I was pleased food was hot and fresh. Good location for late morning food run!!!
It's a fast food chain, what can I say. We probably shouldn't eat the processed food. I had a senior coffee it was great.
