Really nice walmart. Nice area. Store is clean, self checkouts so no gnarly lines, good selection of stuff
Parking for this store is always quite a job, and it feels as if the parking spaces are super small. This keeps me from wanting to go there. However, the store is set up nicely and all the employees I've met have been very friendly and helpful.
This place is an absolute nightmare. Waited to exchange battery 30 minutes before deciding to leave and not once being approached to see if i needed help. Then, I decide to go back and purchase a couple of items and got directed to a self checkout, which i guess had a woman already using it that decided she had to leave in the middle of checking out to pick up a couple things, and then she started yelling at me when she got back. The man at the registers didnt help at all, so i just left my stuff and walked out of there. Ive been going there since they opened because its right down the street, but I'll never go again. Rather spend the extra few dollars at target and get waaaay better customer service and a better atmosphere.
I live in Hollywood and I prefer to go to the Davie Walmart store there's so much nicer there the stores so much cleaner and the Shoppers are much nicer than in Hollywood
The clothes seem to be getting better and they have a lot of big sizes for us fat Folk
There to pick up medication. Service excellence. Did light grocery shopping. All went well. Prefer a cashier than due it myself. 70 years old.
While most of the self check out lines were open, there were only 2 actual cashiers open. One was 20 items or less and the other was a regular lane. Unfortunately the regular lane could not sell alcohol or lottery (I assumed it was because the cashier was under 21). That was fine by me but every line was extremely long. There was one attendant for all of the self check out lanes and she was spread thin. For all the issues that happened in those lanes, she needed backup. I think around holiday times, there should be more registers open to get people out quicker.
20 stars!! Customer service very kind and fast. I asked to another lady where I can get a specific cookies and with a smile and kind words, she indicated me exactly where i could get it. So I am wondering why in 2 others stores my lasts experiences were the opposite than this one. Manager's fault? No doubts about it.
My mother went in for a money order and they helped her out with speedy service as they were handling a loud and obnoxious customer on the side. Professional and etiquette service was displayed and promptly resolving their issue as they were still able to provide great quality care and delivered the needs of others. Highly recommended to visiting.
I been coming here since it opened and its a Walmart what can u expect... the prices are great and with self checkout u clearly don't have to ever deal with a useless employee who are always rude and don't know anything ..But u always love coming because they got a bit of everything for everyone..Overall 4 stars isn't bad honestly
