Such a happy environment the staff listening to music and talking to each other. I only wish they talked to me as I stand in line for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to take an order.Since I appreciate my time I'm never going to go there again.
This Taco Bell has a good staff. I've only been to the drive-thru but they are fast. Lately I have been geting the same thing at every Taco Bell I go to and this location makes the food the best. Hard to explain how, but trust me, whoever is preparing the food here knows what they are doing and is using healthy portions. You get what you pay for.
The food used to be good here, but the last few months the meat tastes like it's been washed under the faucet, with all flavor removed.I miss del taco.
If you walk in to order, go straight to the kiosk where you place the order yourself or you'll just wait there & no one will take your order. I went in, there were workers sitting in the common area & workers behind the counter. Was about 7 - 8 workers in total. Waited at the counter for almost 5 min for someone to take my order as i was the only one there before finally going to the self serve kiosk & placing my order (Workers just looked at me & went about there business as if i weren't even there). Recieved my food a bit later. Some of the tacos were flipped upside down so when I opened up the wrapper to eat the taco the ingredients just fell right out. They also botched the order so i had to go back for items that were missing. This will be my last time visiting this place.
They got the order wrong cost us gas and then refused to replace the order - i dont know whose it was - their offer cold food no replacement - they are the worst go to Atlantic taco bell so much better
Ordered just over $31.00 in food and was shorted a burrito but was given the taco to the burrito meal and I was also shorted a nachos and cheese. To top it off when I tried to call the store several times to see what could be done so I could get the product I ordered and paid for, the line was busy and stayed that way! It’s appeared as though they keep the line off the hook. I was also told receipt was in bag when I asked for it but when I got home to check the bag not only was food missing but so was the receipt I was told was in the bag. Very disappointed and will not return to this establishment.
Awesome guy in the window went above n beyond for some late night fries cravings. Kept us updated for when the fryer was operational again n I thought that was awesome he was awesome. Tall guy with marvel pins you rock!
I am extremely blown away, I have never experienced such a thing. There was employees inside the establishment yet they were letting people know they were closed at 11:30 pm. We passed the window and it looked like everybody was hanging out instead of working.
I'll be honest, this location is really good when you're up late and need some food, but damn, no wonder the parody name is toxic hell, cause that food is gonna go through you! ?
The lines was ridiculously long because, AS USUAL, the manager locks the door whenever he feels like it.The orders were quickly filled and the temperatures were appropriate. The Chipotle melt has a 50% increase from99 to 1.49. That's a bit high.
