There late at night in drive thru. Can’t get in or out. By the time I get up to the speaker to order I’m told the only order they will take is for Uber or door dash. I can’t order anything. I have to still go through the line and wait for others to pay. They didn’t tell us this. Waisted 20 minutes of my time. Poor customer service. Will never go to this location again.

The ladies working the drive thru on 7-15-22 were the best. I had outstanding service. They were so nice and had the best energy! Food came out perfect!
We ordered $75 worth of food for our group of 7. We never received any receipts for our food (order number to reach out about issues with our order). We were missing items and the items that were supposed to be no tomato no sour cream still had them even though it was rang up correctly according to the screen. The guy who handed over our food had a horrible attitude when we asked for sauce and if that was all over our food since he just handed over the bags and never said a word about it but just stared at us wondering why we were not pulling away yet but we hadn't even receive our drinks. We understand that their are staffing shortages now so we didn't have any issue waiting but it was unnecessary to treat customers that way.
Rude, ghetto cashier lady on a power trip. I understand it’s Taco Bell and I understand this is in a somewhat hood location but this lady was just rude and trying to get the last word for no reason. Making me out to be the bad guy. She sees me use the self check out but fails to tell me it’s cash only. Then I try to show her my card was charged and that’s when the ghetto came out. This is why you get paid minimum wage because you are un capable to be a professional. The place was dirty too. I’ll update this if I get food poisoning
Every single table was dirty. All chairs was sticky. Booths have grease all over. Ordered a mexican pizza and they said their out. Then someone at the drive through after me got pizzas.
Don't know what happened to this location, it use to be quick and fast going thru drive thru with friendly employees. Not anymore, ordered at drive thru with correct order showing on screen, however when we got to the window to pay we were informed they couldn't fill the order. First it was you didn't order that, then it the craving box was not available so we changed order which still could not be filled as they were out of fries. Finally gave up and just ordered a couple of tacos which amazingly the cashier had no excuse for not filling.. Definitely not returning to this location, when I want Taco Bell again I will find a location that actually wants my business...
Ordered a big box of tacos while waiting Uber driver comes in and picked up a bag already prepared and didn't bother checking for the drink it came with the manager seemed very vigilant and called out to Uber driver and said you Don't leave here without checking the order that needs a drink! He quickly gave driver the beverage. That's looking out for the customer! Good job.
Ordered a Crunch wrap Supreme, gave me food poisoning, puke the entire night, I tried calling to report it but I got the internet dial up. I usually eat here. Not gonna anymore
I cant even believe I'm wasting my time writing this but I just am that let down and fed up. I used to order this location off of doordash and it used to be fine but the last 5 times or so i have, it has literally been the worst taco bell of my life. They NEVER give sauce packets anymore. Cheesy bean and rice burrito was amazingly dry, rice is hard and undercooked everytime, ordered extra creamy jalapeño sauce and it barely tasted like it literally had any at all on it. Burrito supreme was on par with the cheesy bean. The beans literally tasted stale and the whole thing was falling apart. IDK what happened to this taco bell it used to be good now it is literally the worst taco bell I've ever had. I will never order from here again. This should be illegal for false advertising. Someone please avenge me one day and take as MANY sauce packets as possible for stiffing me so many times when I'm paying like 20 bucks for 2 of the most trash taco bell burritos I've had across america. If you could of simply thrown fire sauce in the bag just one of the times for the past 5 times I've ordered, I would of let this go. NEVER AGAIN.
