OMG, where do I start. Stopped by with my boss and coworker for a drink and a quick meeting. The only available tables were the small circular ones because the management occupied all of the large tables with a mess of paperwork and boxes. I figured that could be why no one else was in there but I was wrong, this store was filthy. When ordering I noticed the food case was loaded with dead flies so we ordered drinks only. As we sat it became apparent this store was infested with flies as we had to constantly swat them away, needless to say we didn't stay long.I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Do not go to this location, it's only a matter of time before they end up on Dirty Dining.
There is no Dine-In option at this location and the drive thru was jammed pack almost got hit. Please update your google options so it’s more accurate to the service’s your location provides.
I go to this store often because i work in the mall. They can have a long drive thru lone at times. The customer service is excellent and I love their coffee and food.
Hard to spot location behind palm trees. But a nice quiet spot with the typical excellent coffee. Drive through is efficient by the side of the building. I love the artwork on the walls inside. And of course, excellent service!
I like this starbucks location. It is close to my gym and when I travel to south florida for a few months I love my tea here. Highly recommended and the service is great.
Love the staff here! They always go above and beyond to make sure I am getting the drinks I want the way I want! Pedro is a sweet heart! Every person running the window is a pleasure to speak with! Drive thru is fast and efficient and my order is ALWAYS right! I come to this Starbucks on an almost daily basis and after today's experience I decided I had to write a review! They were out of an ingredient to make the chocolate cold foam and they could see the disappointment on my face, so the guy on the speaker said "I'll see what I can whip up".Not sure what he did, but it tastes the same. The customer service here is one of the many reasons why this will always be my favorite Starbucks!
Great service! The drive through seems busy at 10am but they are good to get your order and moves along faster then expected. It’s a good location for a your coffee needs to be met . ( I personally like hole in the wall Cuban coffee but in a pinch this is Starbucks you already know what it’s all about
Staff is great but if your a Starbucks fanatic go to your favorite Starbucks because they do not know how to make (well at least with my multiple experiences, 3 times total,) they do not know how to make a White chocolate mocha latte. I don't understand why but they just can't and after paying $13 for a latte to enjoy with a almond croissants, it gets upsetting. What can one do... I swear I felt bad when I asked the guy take it again and even worst when it came out the same.. Still not at all like it should taste. I give up lol. I did not have it in me to tell him it taste horrible lol. I am sorry if you guys read this.
The staff is so lovely here. They are kind and friendly ! They are always busy but super efficient ! Thank you for all your hard work and making it a pleasant experience every time!!!
They messed up my order. I wanted 3 cubes of ice they put like 7. Rediculous
