I have been drinking espressos for 50 years in Italy. Against my better judgement I tried a Starbucks espresso. It was simply undrincable. It took the girl 6 minutes to make it. Folks, its called espresso for 2 reasons: (1) Its served immediately and (2) its drunk immediately and HOT. The girl took so long that when i finally got it it was cold. An espresso is a "small" drink so it cool rather quickly. It should take 45 seconds to do this. Even those "casual" Italians can do it immediately every single time... and its good!
Some people do not know how to make drinks here, some do though...when it’s good it’s 5 star when it’s bad 1 star. Also ordering on mobile app is not efficient, I arrived on time to get my drink and still waited 10 minutes and it wasn’t even busy. Roll of the dice with chains like Starbucks, the one a mile north from here is better.
They can't get an order right. 4 out of 5 times now I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese. It's on the receipt they put on the bag the food is in, yet when it's delivered there's cheese on it. Then when you call in to speak to a manager no one gets on the phone. They just leave you holding. Very poor customer service.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks location.Good service, clean and airy, plenty of seating indoors (chairs and cushioned chairs) and outdoors (chairs and rustic stone seats), all in all a fantastic location to bring your school work to and get stuff done for hours on end.Runs a bit too cold so bring a sweater if you plan to stay put for a while!
Every time I’ve come here has been a pleasant experience. Drinks are always made well, the place is clean. They take the orders quickly and get the orders out fast.
Quaint location especially due to volume of people passing through, a lot less packed then other locations. Their cold brew machine wasn't working, so I parted ways without ordering but would definitely go back! Great staff too
Nothing like the baristas making fun of the drink you order (that you had to made yourself because they were out of what you wanted) when they thought you weren’t listening. Have a little class. The holidays are hard for many people and a little happy drink is all some have most days.
If you’re in a rush do not go to this store. All the employees are always supper nice & drinks are made right, but 15 mins for 1 drink is just too long to wait. I’ve had to leave twice without my drink because it was too long. I really wish Starbucks would hire more baristas at this location because 2 people for the early morning rush is not enough.
No chocolate croissant, they make you wait and wait to take your order at the counter as they are 4 employees..
My coffee was great but my sister's was not...twice. They re-made it for her but it still didn't come out right.
