I came here to get some fried fish, and was greeted in the parking lot by a worker who just stared at me and asked if I was looking for him. I said no, that I was there to get some food. He subsequently told me that the place closes at 7pm. Although I didn’t believe him, I decided this wasn’t worth being harassed. Not sure how this place will stay in business when a worker is actively getting rid of paying customers.
Monday Memorial Day approx 12:30pm...Ordered $39 of food for one person, shrimp and fish...when I asked for cocktail sauce and was told, I had to pay additional $1 per 1.5oz, she charged me and added more for tartar and hot sauce....Worse part of this is, the terrible attitude and lack of any real customers service. RUDE and Racist...Boycott this I business...I will run away...STAY AWAY!!
I used to work there they don’t change their oil they don’t use gloves and when your food is getting bag they drop the food and put it back in the same plate they talk over the food. They need to Do a health Check because the food y’all eating is not good everybody that works there they be smoking in the back they be having different meat in the same container if I could’ve took a picture an show you guys that snappers is not where you want to eat at you will be having chest problems throwing up and Diarrhea I had to go to the hospital in order for my chest to go back down

I order from here yesterday 3/5/22 and the food taste good going down, BUT around 12pm my 3 year old starting throwing up . She threw up about 4 times the whole night, and NOW it's 4am my 8year old is now Throwing up with Dirreah and I'm very upset ? dealing with two kids both throwing up and Dirreah is not a night I ask for,DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE

The pricing of the food is not worth spending. When you order you will feel robbed. You will not feel satisfied. Management is ghetto and/ unprofessional. Poor customer service; if you have an issue they will start a cross conversation with another customer as if they paid for your food or they ordered it. Very janky. I highly DO NOT recommend. Save your money and time. Speaking of time you will sit in the drive thru (yes drive thru) for over 20 minutes. Trust me. Save yourself the headache.
Reason why I'm giving it four stars because the food is okay not magnificent but it's all right the location of the place it's on hammondville road before it became snappers the name of that restaurant used to be hobos I used to work there some odd years back and now it is snappers but like I said the food is good but I liked it when it was hobos because there you could get Sauce fried Chicken gizzards chicken livers potato salad macaroni salad all of the above you know you do reminisce on the same things you used to get from back in the day I miss some of those old Chicken shacks old-fashioned hamburgers cooked good way without hormones antibiotics good old fashioned cooked food it's not like that anymore as I see a little bit more of pompano disappearing right before my eyes this is for the better but to me it's for the worst
This place is selling calamari as fried conch!!! I ordered a half pound of fried conch with wings and french fries. I also ordered the seafood rice.The chicken was bland and lacking flavor and the seafood rice was just awful!!! The only item that was good were the fries. If you order conch, take a look at it before leaving. Never again!!!
Today I went to buy my lunch specials, and I met the most customer friendly cashier ever in a very long time I didn't even taught that we still have such beautiful employees anymore I am just saying from my point of view lovely customers service.
