I placed a pick up order tonight. I often ordered at this location at one point once weekly. Most often our pizza is burnt but we never complain. Today I order pasta and asked specifically for no bacon because my daughter is allergic to pork. Sure enough I got home served her some and realized it had meat in it. Immediately I called and spoke with the manager, he told me “well mistakes happen” not often but they happen. Then he offered to make another meal or credit my one order. I told him I am 20 minutes away, please just issue the credit for the food that was made wrong. I am very disappointed that is why I am taking the time to write this review. I also explained to my daughter we would never be ordering from this location again. Poor handling of an issue that was very serious to my family. I am not ok with the “well it happens”with a lack of sincerity. Unacceptable for a business that depends on local families for their business.
Food was really good !! Waited longer then our eta. Was kind of loud in there lol... our server was in a rush and got my order slightly wrong (pasta) but still good.
Well what do I say about Sicilian oven Coral Springs. The reason for 2 stars is completely based on service. The food is good there but gees they can’t get service right to save their lives. Been going here for a while and it just gets worse so this place is scratched off my list. The issue is they are not organized. Food comes out at all different times and there is always one item that takes 30 min to make its way out. The servers are nice but management can care less. Always we are sorry we are very busy. What they are really doing is concentrating on to go orders as the restaurant is not very big. Kitchen management is not a thing there. I watched other people get pizzas before us and they ordered way after us. So for similar food I will just go to Anthony’s coal fire pizza instead.
Tried for the first time, it's delicious, pizzas were super tasty, dough really well made, right consistency and light... Love it... Desserts were awesome, perfect not too sweet, highly recommended... Definitely gained a long time customers...
The Sicilian Oven is a favorite pizza place for Coral Springs locals. I am not a fan since the restaurant is very noisy. Nevertheless, the pizzas are very well done. The toppings are extremely generous and the the service is outstanding. I give it four stars since it’s not my favorite type of ambiance. They do have outdoor seating which I might consider if I go back.
I ordered a Vegetable pizza tonight for pick up and it was simply horrible . The pizza was burnt . Luckily I opened the box before I leave and ask for a refund . The receptionist and manager was very rude. The owner should coach them on how to communicate with clients especially since they are in the service industry. I will never go back there
Casual enough but classic, kindly priced dishes, flavors of their dishes amazed us. We will come back to this place in the near future for sure❤️
I enjoyed their muscles and white wine sauce absolutely delicious could use more bread to suck up the sauce. My favorite always has been the Sicilian lasagna if you're a vegetarian you will totally enjoy that dish. The only complaint is there's not enough bread you have to order it. Well worth room in your tummy taste is delicious. I've heard others brag about their chicken wings but I'm addicted to the lasagna. PS my friend had the appetizer of rice ball and she said it was really good not a lot of rice just a nice balance of what was ever in it. Enjoy
We ordered a delivery. Rice balls were amazing! Our pizzas were yummy and the salad dressing was delicious.We didn't like the wings, taste too smokie/burnt. However, we enjoyed it very much.
I have been to the locations in Aventura, Plantation and Coral Springs over the past few years when visiting friends in SoFlorida. Each and every time I have enjoyed a very good meal, friendly service and value for my money. Excellent salads, chicken wings that are some of the best (wood fired not fried), great pizza and entrees. Overall Sicilian Oven is a well run family operation that should continue to grow and someplace you should put on your “regular list” for a wonderful meal and dinning experience.
