Definitely better places to eat, service was pretty average and definitely not going back. The appetizers were ok but i was very disappointed with both of our main orders of Kebabs and Chicken shawarma..they were chewy and definitely below par. May it was late and they had a big party outside but that should not be an excuse as the entire inside sitting area was empty.They do have good hummus and falafels. I think the owner or the main guy is a good person but he was busy. Also they charged 18% auto gratuity which I didn't like because the service was below par.
Excellent all the way around! Delicious food, attentive but not intrusive service, and delightful atmosphere with live music. I’m coming back here before I leave Florida!
I have been here twice. Each time, the food has been delicious. I grew up eating Lebanese and Syrian food, so I know how things are supposed to taste. I am impressed with how authentic everything is. Try the Kibbe Naya, Hummus, Babaghanouj, Tabooli, Batata Harara........oh just try everything. I cannot wait to return.
The food here is beyond amazing. We were passing through the area and decided to stop for food. I am so glad we did. If you like Lebanese food, this place is spot on. I have not had food this good in a long time. It is so authentic. Any time I am in the area, I will definitely be stopping here for food. I am so glad that I found this place.
First time having Lebanese food and I was very impressed. The food was cooked very well and the quality of the food was amazing. Quality of customer service was great as well when the waiter gave advice on the food that was on the menu. I will come back again and I highly suggest this restaurant!
Shishka is one of our favorites in the Pompano area! Food is always delicious and service is polite and attentive. We adore the falafel salad and the chicken kabobs with vegetables is our go-to. The restaurant, itself, is not fancy but there is lots of outside seating, in the shade and with the breeze today, it was very pleasant!!
Pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and the service as well. The only negative was the baklava was a tad dry but it was still very tasty. I even had glass of Lebanese wine and not bad. Good quality restaurant ?
Yummy food. Service is slow and relaxed so don’t go here if you’re in a rush. Food is absolutely delicious
Very extensive menu and good portions. They are particular with their “no substitution” when offering so much variety. On one mix platter they were out of one item and instead of offering us one of their variety they forced to double an item already in the mix plate. Annoying…
We were treated very rude and offered to sit at open air table while it was drizzling when there was 5 empty tables available. When we spoke with the owner/manager, he barely apologized and didn't offer other options so we walked out disappointed even though we had dined there several times and did regular weekly take-out.
