The food and service was fantastic. Alla was our server and she was great. This is our new favorite sushi place. Highly recommend.
If I could put NO STARS I would, what an awful experience, the employees are so so rude, they even told us they wouldn't take our order if we keep asking to be seated in another place, that we had to stay where they wanted us to stay which it's ridiculous! This is supposed to be a customer Service kind of job, and they don't even know what is that. We literally had to leave because the waitress didn't want to take our order!We ask to speak with the manager and we were told he resigned weeks ago, then we ask to speak with the owner and the chef told us he didn't know the name of the owner.Then when we were leaving the same waitress was laughing at us and speaking with another waitress in her language which is really rude.She doesn't know that her job is to be nice with the people who pays for her salary.Really sad, I will never go back there.
I have been here a few times and had a decent experience. We decided to come here for a friend's birthday and they piled us at a table with other people. We asked if they could move us to another table as the couple they sat us with had already ordered and it was crowded at the table. They moved us to another table after giving us an attitude, and they then sat another 2 people with us immediately although there were other tables available. The staff was very rude. Our hibachi chef was the only pleasant person that worked there. I will likely get hibachi elsewhere moving forward. Disappointing.
Came here for my birthday over the weekend, excited to celebrate with friends. We were a party of 8 who they attempted to seat with 2 more people. We asked if we could please wait to sit at our own table since it was extremely crowded. The staff was beyond rude about this. Once we were moved, they IMMEDIATELY sat 2 more people at the table with us. We weren't ready to order, we had one menu, we needed drinks, and the staff was beyond impatient with us and openly rude and dismissive. They yanked the napkin and fork out of one of my friends hands. I've been to this location many times and never had a bad experience. I will not be giving them my business anymore. Go somewhere else if you want to have a nice dinner. Go here if you want to be treated like a burden.
very well lit and brand new. The decor is really nice. it feels like you are being transported to the East. I would definitely come back. The food was amazing as well. The chef was very entertaining. I would definitely skip the long wait from Benihana. The menu is like a drop down menu. very sophisticated.
The food here is AMAZING from both the Sushi & Hibachi side! I have been eating at this establishment for over a year and have never been unsatisfied with both the food and the service. Staff is very friendly and helpful and treat you like family! The restaurant is clean and Covid-19 friendly providing a great environment to bring the family. Both Sushi & Hibachi chefs know what they are doing, I recommend the [Spicy Tuna Roll] and the [Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp]! The only issue is the location may be difficult to find but once you go up the elevator its the first door to right. #saitosnumberone
