spaghetti meatball was not good at all!!!!. Mariana sauce had no flavor just plain ketchup .Meatballs taste like some vegetarian meat not beef very disappointed paying for two meals. bread was plain rolls no butter with no garlic. salad was ok . lyn from blend
On a Tuesday eve, the staff were busy from a packed restaurant. There was a big sign for "Takeout outside only" but there was no one there to greet anyone. I waved my arm and the gal told me to wait. I was put off by the staffs rude behavior and couldn't wait to get my food & leave. By the time I explained to my husband how bad the service was, I realized they forgot to include the 2nd order into the bag. I was not happy but I should have also checked the bag before leaving. I called Rotellis, spoke to the mgr who told me to return. I entered the restaurant to the inside counter and before the takeout girl could shoo me away, i explained that i didn't get the 2nd order. The mgr said he wo'd take care of me and brought me to my order waiting in a warming bag by the door. Not sure I will go there again. Food was not anything special.

Terrible experience order food. I tried again and they just can not handle an order. They pretend to be gormet and high quality. This place should not be in business
We had lunch here, they offer a lunch special with a soup or a salad, a half a sub (three or four options), and a slice of pizza for $9.95. Place was quiet (we went early), the staff was attentive and the food pretty good. Good value for the money.
This place exhibits the excellence of Italian cuisine, the ambience of an authentic Italiano atmosphere along with a Mama Mia exuberance. A must if in town and craving an authentic Italian cuisine experience.
Walking up to the restaurant the host was poorly dressed in an oversized t shirt. Kitchen staff serving food was similarly poorly dressed in contract to the wait staff. Once seated the first waitress was barely understandable behind her mask. A second watrsss stopped by a few times, much more friendly and personable. Salads were fresh, bread was fresh but bland olive oil and tasteless garlic. Pasta was well cooked but sauce tasted like it came from a powder. Oneside of plate was way over heated while the other side had cooled a bit too much. Atmosphere was mostly ok music was a bit loud and noise carried from a large party.
Never had a such bad experience, i ordered a pizza looking at their menu online. It was a veggie pizza the price on their online menu was $19 but when i went there to pick it up, i was told the price is wrong and they charged me $25 for a veggie pizza which was of average quality and in taste. I would neither go there again nor will recommend anyone going there. They did not even apologize. This is not correct. I felt i was cheated.
The pizza and the garlic knots were tasty. The atmosphere was very pleasant and wasn't extremely busy while we were there. Would definitely eat there again.
