We went to this place because it had rolled ice cream n our last experience with rolled ice creams was amazing . When we reached the place it was a little hard to find since the board said rolls and grills and on maps it says rolled ice cream . We entered and the lady was not very happy to see us and nor was she patient while we looked through the menu. The menu, by the way, was a printed paper stick to the payment counter with no prices and some flavors were written in them with a pen.Nevertheless, we made an order n she put in the price n asked us to pay. We paid and got out of her way.She started to prepare the rolls and she hardly did anything in them . The rolls didn’t taste like the flavor that we ordered. We asked for sauce and toppings . She literally put 1/2 or 1/4th of a spoon of toppings and a very small quantity of whipped cream like as if she was paid for those things from her own pocket and just wanted to tick off the check list. There was no one except us in the shop so I don’t know why the hurry and we were there well before closing.This was my worst experience ever.
I just discovered this place. New experience. It was 4 of us. The woman at the counter looked so unhappy. Also, there was no menu with prices, no info on what’s included in each item, no list of sauces, or list of toppings. It honestly looked like there were not ready to be open. It’s called Rolls and Grills but this place didn’t offer items on the grill. AND, as we were eating, two of us found hair!!!! Of course we had already left, so we called and explained the situation. She told us to call back next week!!! She didn’t even apologize. We definitely won’t be back. I think they need to close, get the place together, then try again. And maybe have someone else at the front counter. She was not very welcoming.
This place didn't have any prices listed, flavors nor toppings. The Asian lady that took my order was very rude and seemed not to friendly. It was my first time there and she acted like everyone should know when they walk through the door what they serve. Some items wasn't even in stock. I got in the car and drove off as I started eating the ice cream there was hair in it . I called the place immediately and the lady didn't even say hello she answered "YES". I explained I found hair in my ice cream and she replied "THATS WEIRD". I was very upset with her response and she told me to come next week and we will discuss it. Like really lady! The place needs to shut down until they have all their equipment together and more staff. They lady needs to check her attitude or find another job if shes unhappy. I will not be returning. It's called rolls and grill and didn't even have anything to offer off the grill.
We've been here once before they move out of the plaza with the DMV and the service and ice cream was amazing.I'll try to keep it short. All I'm gonna say is the asian female who answered my phone call before we arrived to the place was rude. Got there around 6pm. The place didn't even have the open sign on and inside the location it was dark (like as if the lights weren't even on?). I'm not kidding, you would really think they were closed, but the door opened when we walked up. There was only an asian female sitting down on her phone for like another 2 mins before getting up once we entered. No greeting or anything, just a dead face that clearly shows she doesn't wanna be here. Her attitude was so obviously nasty while we were trying to pay that I just asked her to refund us so we can leave. I honestly had to just get out of there before I would explode because of how she spoke to me and my cousins the whole time. I can't imagine how the ice cream would turn out if we decided to stay and let her make it. She needs to fix her attitude or find a job she actually likes.
The worst customer service ever !! The lady was sooo rude because she was on her cell phone when we walked in and we interrupted her. We are from another state and thought we would try this place. But will never ever go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. The ice cream was sooo gross and tasted old !
This was my first rolled ice cream experience, and I was blown away! Delicious, creatively innovative product; the staff was incredibly friendly and I loved the chill yet inviting ambiance! Very reasonable pricing- I am definitely bringing my family here next time!!
Never have I seen this concept. Looks like cream gets poured onto cold griddle. Swirled & chopped until icy cold. That gets scraped up into very thin rolls. Ice cream very creamy. Mango chunks good however teeny bit of mango sauce looked good but no flavor. Pricey product. Nice 1 time thing.
This address is not the location that’s in the pictures. The ice cream was mediocre at BEST. The asian lady that took our order (me and my son) was extremely rude and visibly unhappy with life she tried to rush my son in picking his toppings mind you no one else was there and we’d just walked in. I now see why we where the only customers. This place did not have prices listed or sizes to select from . It was 17 dollars for 2 cups of rolled ice cream my son had strawberry with a wafer and I had Strawberry shortcake. It was very dark and dirty and just over all not the experience you would look for in a ice cream parlor. Drive the extra 5 minutes to Dairy Queen.
Don’t sleep on this place! AMAZING! Excellent service! Good selection of ice cream and they even have dairy free! If you haven’t had rolled ice cream your missing out. Forget Coldstone or Marble Slab. This is the spot!!!! I will be back!
