Each Popeyes has their own “personality”. We eat at a lot of different locations. We have been to this one multiple times. We have received horrid customer service, multiple mistakes with the orders and they seem to consistently run out of product. Most of the employees talk in slang and are RUDE!!! I had such a bad last experience that I called corporate… that did next to nothing. They didn’t call, text or email to let me know they “heard” my complaint… they put a $3 off coupon on my app… REALLY?!?!?! No wonder the employees don’t care… corporate doesn’t. Keep your $3.
After waiting 1 hour to even place my order.. i pull up to the window to not only not have my food ready, but to see 2 employees leaning on their phones with no food update. I literally sat at the window for 15 additional minutes with no explanation. On top of being extremely frustrated, my chicken was old and cold. Like what was i waiting all that time for????? We have to do better.
I put a order in on line to pick up at the drive thru. When I got there they said there was no order there for me. So I gave them the paper I printed on line and they found the order. And than they said sarcastically the paper just has your name on it does not say when the order will be done. But mind you there were 2 cars in front of me that ordered at the speaker and they got their order. So she said drive around and i said what does that mean?I waited 20 minutes in the car and no one came - I even saw 3 customers go in and come out with their order. So I went inside and my order was seating on a shelve the time stamp showed it had been there for 15 minutes.When I got home the order was cold.
This has to be one THE WORST Popeyes EVER! Just because you’re considered “in the hood” doesn’t necessarily mean you have to hold to that title. I used the Popeyes app to order my food. Yes, I understand that I mistakenly chose the wrong store. I was trying to pick the Popeyes off Commercial Blvd because it’s next to my job. So because the Popeyes on west Atlantic is my neighborhood store it’s set for that store. Not realizing it I made my order. Upon realizing it, I tried calling the Atlantic branch ? 10 TIMES!!! No one answered or even attempted to answer. So I had to drive ALL the way from Tamarac just to get my order. When I did arrive the Atlantic store I asked the employee does the phones work? She replied yes, the ringer is off he being Jean (the manager) don’t like to answer. He was also standing there not even acknowledging me or the situation at hand. I spent over half my lunch break driving because of the inconvenience of someone not picking up the phone. This store needs to do better. I’m a manager at my job I know customer service all too well and would never treat anyone like this. And to top it off the young lady on front counter talking about what she don’t have time for instead of helping a customer take care of the problem. Very VERY dissatisfied with this store.
Had an awful experience at this location. The food took a very long time, which was almost understandable as it was the lunch rush. The thing made this into a really terrible experience was the employees who were incredibly rude. When I drove away an employee gave me the finger. When I left I noticed I was significantly overcharged for my order. I’m a big Popeyes fan but not a fan of this location. Very disappointed.
First experience with Popeyes original chicken sandwich...it was delicious...cooked just right on a delicious roll... highly recommend
I found the young man there at the customer window. Drive-thru very nice, friendly and wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed. Believe me that is not every time a lot of times people are very robotic but he was a very friendly young man and I appreciate that.
Since nobody at the store wants to pick the phone up then I'll say it here I ordered a 8 piece family meal which comes with 2 thigh 2 drum sticks 2 wing's and 1 breast so why the hell my order have 4 breast 1 drum sticks 22 wings and a thigh ,if you didn't have my order let me know do just send me what you feel like and on top of it where's the condiments.
Surprised by how good this location was. Ordered on the mobile app and wasn’t disappointed. Everything was fresh. Chicken sandwich was cooked very well. They did forget the pickles on both sandwiches, but the quality of the chicken made up for it. Mac and cheese and fries were both really good, as well.
Service was really good! Even despite being busy the staff was helpful and accurate. Only one minor thing (but I hardly would say they were at fault for this really) I didn't get pickles with my sandwich and they were out of tender. Nevertheless though, my sandwich was still really good and we were offered regular crispy chicken with a extra piece as well! Very impressed and satisfied. Will come again.
