I like that location better and it's closer to me! It's just that one time i did curbside order and was waiting in the parking lot for like 30mins and i went in and ask aren't they supposed to bring the food to me and the cashier says i have to come in to pick it up. The other day i did curbside order and someone brought the food to me. I just thought that was kinda weird.
They changed the tropichop from a plastic dish to a disgusting recyclable paper plate. No option. Sometimes the pieces of chicken and plantain seems to have mixed ones from previous day. Pieces are dry and overcooked. The workers are nice but they use the masks leaving nose out or even the mouth. It's not wearing mask, just pretending and whoever do that probably don't take vaccines too.
DELICIOUS food great service & did I mention DELICIOUS food okay good! Just them lines be too long our family wait but if the lines were shorter we would apply for jobs, move in, & run the place with the same hospitality as we receive each time we visit. Great job everybody.
Don't waste your time at this location. Other locations are way better. This location has quality control and customer service issues.Management lacks authority over the employees, the employees work at their own pace, and they like to hand out wrong orders all the time which probably is causing the business to lose money. It is a shame to the franchise and for those who live or work near this location. Something needs to change drastically there. I personally do not recommend this location at all.
“we don't make wraps after 8pm” or you're too lazy to make a wrap after 8pm. Because I was just here not that long ago and I ordered a wrap after 10pm and they made it without issue!
Chicken is amazing. Service was a little slow but they made up for it by making sure we had everything we needed.
They are very irresponsible at the location and have no customers service skills. Lack of food relevant to the menu. Recommend to locate another PolloTropical location
Food was pretty good. Three stars because they forgot half my order and their customer service needs improvement. Maybe they should be made tipped employees so they have an incentive to care about their customer service.
Food was good as usual off the grill, looks like they rush the food. Yet it takes 25 minute in drive thru line. The drive thry always takes long at this location, not super friendly service either. Will I come back? Maybe not rushing back
every time i’ve been to this location they’ve forgotten something every time. We got home tonight and we’re missing chicken, mac n cheese and yucca. they do not pay attention to what the tickets say and just throw anything in the bag. The time before this they said they were out of something until I went inside and the manager had to grab it from the back. The workers there are lazy. horrible experience never going there again
