I don’t think many of the employees can read or write the english language. The staff was really unprofessional. Seemed annoyed when asked to fix order that they made wrong. Didn’t seem like a manager was there. They were out of salt throughout the whole building so none of the food was seasoned. They were out of curry mustard and hot sauce. This place has definitely went downhill. The guy at the front was having random conversations with staff instead of taking order and had customers just waiting to be served. Please get it together pollo.
If only I can rate a 0!!! This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to! Every time I come to this location, my order is not right or they ran out of something. I came to this location last night to order 2 chicken breasts and 2 sides. All they had available was rice and beans, no veggies or anything else else. I asked if they had yellow rice and veggies mixed and the cashier said yes. When I got my order, I received plain yellow rice and a side of black beans. They need to manage their inventory better or close this location!!! This will be my last time giving this location the benefit of the doubt. Get it together!!
The food was so dry, it was like chewing cardboard. The yucca fries were burnt and cold.I ordered 1/4 chicken white meat, 1/2 of the chicken breast was missing. Found that out when I got back to my office.I was in the drive thru. Went inside to get a copy of my receipt. Was ignored by the staff who were having a grand old time chatting. Waited 5 minutes for one of them to actually get it to me.Horrible experience.
WORST POLLO EVER!!! I’ve been working in the area for a year and half and service is still horrible! Don’t bother telling a manager they’re never at work or just simply don’t care. Line always to the door, food always old and hard. They never have both registers open and they always put NEW people on the ONE register they open during rush hour. Makes no sense !!! I never Dine in , yet I’m always in there for about 20-30 minutes.
Love the food. Wait times are long during peak hours but worth the wait for me.
i’m so tired of u guys getting my dam order wrong !!!! excuse my language this is the 5th time in a month !!!! u guys either forget the beans , forget the cookie and juice for my daughter and staff is so rude !! i even gave back an extra order they gave me once so the girl wouldn’t be in trouble didn’t even say thank u!! pollo tropical needs to step it up i love it but this is the last time i give u guys my money
I love Pollo Tropical but Every time I go to this location the staff gets my order . Something as simple as a whole chicken meal with rice and beans I received a half a chicken lunch meal they never have any of the condiments and management is lacking. The employees are in no rush, meanwhile, gas is very expensive while waiting in the Drive-Thru line. I prefer other locations, this one just doesn't represent Pollo Tropical to the finest and highest standards.
Horrible.Over 20 car wait to receive the completely wrong order.Order was very simple - 1 soup and 1 small riceInstead I received a salad with yellow rice and chicken.Will never go to this location ever again. Employees are a bunch of idiots.
Went on 3/24/22 about noon time. While the employees seemed to have a great attitude inspite of a very unprofessional manager who lies my experience was terrible. I ordered the Grill Master Trio. The first chicken sausage was half cooked and the replacement one although was cooked it was not kept at proper food temperature barely room temp. Chicken breast was dry. The manager talked very rude and unprofessional to staff then lied to me about having a particular sauce. First she claimed they didn't have it. After I advised her that I asked if they did BEFORE I ordered she sucked her teeth and got the sauce. Worst experience I've had and it has me considering never going back to any Pollo
Love the chicken rice and beans box it's so good and the best. I would recommend everything on the menu to everyone cause everything is so good. Even the bread,corn,plantains, and more!
