I've been ordering from my local Pizza Hut quite frequently and they've never disappointed! My food always arrives amazingly fast, still hot, exactly as I ordered and by friendly drivers. The honey BBQ boneless wings are to die for and the stuffed crust pizza actually has cheese in the crust! Not like other places that hardly put any cheese in the crust, Pizza Hut stuffed crust is so good, I definitely get my money's worth. Keep up the great work!
Very upset about this location tonight. I placed an order online for delivery. Then after an hour of the pizza not arriving I called the location and thr person who answered the phone said it was set as carry out. He was not willing to help me and even said that I was not the first person to have this issue tonight. I told him that after it sitting there for an hour the pizza will be cold and he said oh well, you can cancel the order and redo the order the right way this time. I explained once again that I picked delivery not carry out. I asked him if he was willing to remake the order since the system changed it , then I would pick it up . He said no it does not work that way and that is was corporatea fault . So this really showed that he was not willing to do anything to help. I told him to cancel the order.To put the blame on the customer and the online system and not willing to help?? And I was not the first one tonight it has happened too??? Yeah this location just lost 5 customers in one night.
The owner/store manager greeted my wife and I when picking up our order. He made a comment on how attractive my wife is, I forgave him and simply wanted to go home to feed the family. He proceeded to make further comments, at that point I explained to him in clear detail that his comments are uncalled for and out of line. He then made a threatening statement to me. I then explained threatening people in Florida usually doesn’t workout well in a stand your ground state, I then educated him as best as he’d understand that there is a huge problem with speaking to woman in that regard. I hope he and I can figure everything out when I have less pressing task at hand.
Wish I could give this store a lower review but I can't. Ordered pizza on December 24th and today, January 29th. Both times pizza was over 30 to 45 minutes late getting to me. When I call the store to complain, the manager, Sam, says the driver had 4 stops to make. Well, maybe, you shouldn’t send the driver out on so many stops or hire more drivers. Also, on today's order, it looked like someone got into it. The stickers that they put on it to prevent people from tampering with your food were not secure.
Took over an hour to get the pizza, (honesty still waiting so maybe longer.)Talked to Sam twice, he kept trying to explain they are busy and it's why they don't pick up the phone. I can understand since they can't deliver on time and the driver always forgets something.
They hung up the phone up two times in the middle of me placing my order which was just one pizza btw. Mention, I waited 10 minutes the first time to order and 8 the second time. AND get this, in those 20 minutes i was trying to place my order, i literally spoke to four different people... ?? I was placed on hold three different times! And that's why ur competition dominos got my money today. I hope you you guys find the time to get your s**t together too.
The online ordering process was very smooth. But it was when my curbside order was ready for pickup that I wasn’t satisfied. I’m assuming it was the manager who brought out the pizzas because he had on a red and black button down shirt. Well when he came out he didn’t say ANYTHING no greeting, he didn’t confirm it was us nothing at all!! Then when I said we’re supposed to have a 2 liter he just went back inside got the drink and went about his way. Everyone has problems but when it comes to work and customer service you need to leave that at home. So rude
My order stated that it would be ready and delivered within 25-35 minutes. I had not received it an hour later. I tried to call the location to see if there was an issue. No one picked up the phone and then it stated that the location was closed. When I was about to make other dinner plans, I get a text message saying that my order was on the way (1 hr 25 min later). I get my order and the crust was undercooked. I had to put the pizza in the oven to cook the crust properly.
My pizza was delivered hot and fresh ,was very happy about that.. The gentleman who delivered it was really nice ..Thank you..
Quoted 20-25 minutes for a Large stuffed crust. Got it in 15 minutes. Owner is really nice.
