Pizza is phenomenal! The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, the sauce is on point and cheese is great as well! The environment, service and pizza truly is “Heavenly”. I’m from New York and this is the best pizza I have had in South Florida so far and It definitely competes with a lot of my favorite spots back home in New York! Phil’s Heavenly Pizza deserves this 5 star rating!
I drove from upstate New York down to Pompano Beach and can only think about their pizza for the last 3 to 4 hours of my drive lol. We had it once 5 years ago and it was so awesome that it was the only thing I could think about as we arrived for vacation. I ordered it and it was delivered quickly, Brittany was awesome on the phone taking our order, and the pizza came hot and delicious and tasting awesome as expected. Definitely a top-notch pizza!

Phil's heavenly pizza not only has the sweetest, pleasant and most engaging staff and spiritually uplifting and visually delightful environment,but the most delicious cheesesteaks with homemade rolls, delectable pizza, and out of this world gelato! We dined outdoors among a wonderful variety of bountifully blooming plants. Phil's is a caring and catering environment for not only his customers but for the community. 5 stars for sure!
The food is fantastic at Phil's Heavenly Pizza. Nobody stays in business for 30 years in the hyper competitive restaurant space without providing superb product. The pizza and everything else I've ordered from Phil's menu has a wonderful homemade authentic taste. I also love the encouraging words and kind people serving customers here. Get the gelato as well, it's to die for! What a refreshing environment!
The pizza truly is heavenly, no pun intended! I had the Hawaiian slice and it was yummy! The placeitself is very cozy and stylish in a rustic Italian sort of way. To those worried about the “Church/Religion” aspect, no one was preachy or proselytising, at least not to me. I was half-worried the proprietors would start talking Religion to me, and I almost decided not to go in, but I am glad I overcame that worry. Literally no one said anything religion-related to me; everyone was simply pleasant and friendly. Did I mention the food was great!?
Pizza was great. Nice environment. I will be back although I do have to say I wish the wings were more zingy and less sweet. Ordered mild Buffalo and the wings tasted kinda sweet but it wasn’t bad.
This place is so good!! My family and I absolutely loved and enjoyed everything about it. The restaurant, staff, employees, message, and of course the food. Everyone is so kind and every time we come up to pompano we always have to stop by!! Great place and food for the family, filled with the Holy Spirit!
I was quite intrigued to check out Phil's " Church in a Pizzeria" when reading reviews on TripAdvisor. Once onsite I was puzzled how any potential patron could find the need to complain about Phil's "No Mask Policy" The policy is posted plainly next to the front door, and Phil offers to deliver your pizza outside for those who wish to keep their mask on. I thanked Phil for his policy since I am hearing impaired, wear hearing aids, and can hear conversations much better when people are willing to pull their mask down, then I can hear. Besides the Great Tasting Pizza, we also met Brittney who took our order. A very pleasant, happy and efficient employee
