$11 later. Food quality is severely lacking. Overly battered.and very small amounts of chicken, if any. Mostly batter. 630pm on a Friday night. Only 2 people in the restaurant. Lots of poor reviews. Service was decent but I won't be returning. Don't know who the manager is but obviously doesn't care from reading the numerous reviews
Sitting here now at 7:00. Ordered online and email reply said ready at 6:40. Have been waiting since 6:45. Now a big argument just broke out with a lady who has been waiting 40 minutes and staff. She got her $ back, but staff say they only have 1 cook. There are 4 staff in store now. My 1st time here as you all mailed the BOGO coupons today. Really no one on staff knows what going on.... it's weird.
WE LEFT THE PLACE IN OUR CAR AND MAGGOTS WERE FOUND ON EACH PLATE.We will not be going back to this location and after that it makes US WONDER WHAT EXACTLY IS IN THE FOOD?!?!I purchased three meal here and eat all our food. The food was not great, felt more like a throw down in place than a meal. Got some cinnamon churros as a side order.
Well your Sunday crew is awful!! All 3 of them, the host is act like a deaf person, and asked back.. “huh?” Honestly! No any education these days?!!And the amount of portions ! Honestly a kids meal has more meat then this bourbon chicken had. Not even 10 tiny pieces of meat! Outrageous! Before you hire people, do at least an IQ check!
The worst service. The girl in the front and the cook thought it was more important to talk to each other than make food. The same thing happens every time I'm done going to the pompano store ever again.
I used to love their sesame chicken but over time the quality has gotten worse and worse and they've ruined every good item through recipe revisions. Tried their new bourbon chicken since I no longer had a regular item to order and it has to be the most godawful thing I've ever been served. The sauce didn't stay on the chicken so the chicken was tasteless and when you got to the rice it literally just tasted like they poured sugar water and hoped it would stick. Somehow millions of times worse than generic mall food. I didn't even finish the meal, I got halfway through and threw it in the trash. The sauce somehow managed to make white rice inedible. If the best forkfulls in your meal are the ones with sauceless white rice, you should be ashamed to serve food. Will never return. Hope they sort things out and whoever served that meal seeks god or something.

Honest review here.After driving past this place multiple times, I gave in and decided to give it a try.I went in and ordered, received my food.Absolutely disgusted and disappointed that I wasted my money on such horrible quality food.This place is no good guys, save yourself, your money, and time.I spent $13 on that one entree btw.If you want real food just go to Panda Express, they won’t let you down.
Impossible to articulate what a horrible experience I had tonight at this location. The absolute RUDEST service ever. I know times are tough and front line work stinks. Im in retail and I get it, but tonight was unbelievable. Repeated my order 4x to the VERY rude Maurice (simple order - no customization ). He couldn't seem to grasp the order. Then told me he couldn't give me my app points.Why, I do not know. Whatever, it was late and I was hungry. Noticed on receipt that order was wrong (again, after repeating it 4x). Went back up to counter to ensure they had it right. Waited 45 minutes for order to come out - because this location prioritizes deliveries over dine in customers - and of course it came out wrong. When I asked Maurice for a refund, he gave me MAJOR attitude and told me it wasn't his problem. He then popped off with a bunch of other disrespectful comments when I called him out (which would be instant termination in any establishment). Never received my refund, will have to dispute with my bank. I can honestly say that I have never been treated this way in my entire life. I strive to be kind because I know what its like to be front line during these times. I will NEVER set foot in this location again as long as Maurice is working there. Avoid this location unless you want to wait 45 minutes, and get incorrect food and a TON of nasty attitude. Period!
The waiter cashier was nice but she should told us that we need to clean our tables . Sorry that was not aprópiate , that will be common sense . she should assume stuff from People …… Is not really Customer Service
Impossible to articulate how bad my experience was. Told MAURICE my order 4x. He couldnt seem to grasp my order for whatever reason. After waiting 45 minutes for my food - because they prioritize delivery orders over dine in customers - my food was wrong. When I asked MAURICE for a refund so I could leave and go elsewhere, he got the biggest attitude ever. I can honestly say I’ve never been spoken to like that in my life. Absolutely the rudest most vile human ever. I know times are tough. I work in retail. It stinks right now. People are stressed. But I’m always kind and tip because I live it every day. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again as long as Maurice is working there. Worst experience ever.
