There was a palmetto bug cooked into the cheese on my pizza when I showed it to them they snatched the pizza away and refunded me but denied that it ever happened
Those who love the papa johns thin crust. Beware they will give you a huge crust, and no garlic powder. They will hang up in ur face if you call with an issue. And they pizza wasnt cut all the way through!! What a mess!
I visited this location because I had a promo code that did not work and online rep would not help me when I showed up I expected no help however Brandon the store manager was amazing and went above and beyond to help me the level of customer service I experienced with him was second to none I assure you if you have a problem ask for Brandon he is professional and helpful

Waiting to pick up a delivery for 20 mins. They gave me a cold pizza . how I should waited for a cold pizza? What happens is they prioritize the house deliveries over doordash or uber. Manager should instruct them to treat all customer fearly. Spoke w Brandon manager to know how long & told me to cancel the order if I cant wait. I told him I just need to know how long . He screamed at me & asked me to get out. Horrible customer service!!

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and chicken bites. All I got was a pizza. How on earth do you look past something like that? Absolutely pathetic service. Called in and she said to me “well you can come pick it up” . I ordered delivery for a reason. I ordered food other than pizza for a reason too.
Horrible customer service! We ordered a large pizza two sodas some dipping sauces and and pepperoncinis and only brought the pizza!! When I called for them to refund me my money for those items the manager (who was very rude) said I can bring them back out or offer a credit but I can’t refund! We waited an hour for our pizza and now I have to wait another hour?!? The worst. NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered delivery a few times. Pizza was ok, to be expected. However after getting takeout and actually going to this location. There are rat boxes all over the place, even near the front entrance! Things that make you go hmmmm. Don’t think I will be getting food from here anymore!
Today 2/9/22 after sitting at a loading dock all day this was the worst Pizza I have had since the last pizza I ate from somewhere else I don't even want pizza no more roughly $25 plus I tip to driver another five I'm out of $30 ordering pizza or ordering food from places is that all time low in the United States of America I am so angry I am going to put up before and after pictures of how I ate my pizza I am so angry
