It was the worst customer service, I've ever had. The woman that took my order its as if she wasn't even listening when I pulled up to the drive thru. I reminded her of the order three times at the payment window for her to then still miss one thing when I was receiving my order at the pickup window. I ordered a number 2 with another order of fries two separate types of fries. She gave me the number two with the separate order of fries and not the the ones that actually come with the number two. I then had to order the original ones that come with the number two meal. Has no care for the customer or there job there. Horrible. It was the crew that works 12am 1am around that time.
Great staff, very kind and the classic burger that made for me with fries was cooked fresh and quick. I was in a semi and had to walk up to the drive-thru window since their lobby was under construction & they were very polite. Thank you for the service.

I have gone to this location a few times. I always have a good experience. The managers and the crew are nice. I’ve never had anything wrong with my order or a bad experience. Also, the shrimp caesar is good. They add this sweet sauce on the shrimp. It’s delicious.
Me and my wife almost cried , I mean we almost passed out I don’t know butThese new grill chicken wings!!! Most of been suffering from coronavirus these were the smallest brittle Dry frail wings I ever seen in my History Of wings …Please give these Grill wings some Steroids?…
They are slow and sometimes the food dont be fresh and they are rude and got my order wrong and I made her fix it 4 times and she still messed it up this location is out of pocket especially the lady with the red stiff

I've gotten food poisoning. I had to throw upmy classic burger fries and mango smoothie I ate. The rest of my fries in smoothies went in the garbage and down the toilet. ?
Worst restaurant ever went in through the drive thru ordered a 10 piece platter they gave me a 5 piece i also ordered a full steak sub they gave me a hotdog bun with lettuce on my steak don’t know what is going on but everyone that work there that Sunday night needs Lots of training. They won’t be getting my service anymore wow i am shock I’ve come there before and the other ladies are more nicer/friendlier and they always get my orders right this is bad
