Usually great but today disappointed. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry with 2 orders of extra Oreo, specifically because they never add enough Oreo. And I got shorted on the Oreo again. I don’t know what to do anymore…Edit, I tried again 2 weeks later, again skimped on the Oreos.
Horrible crew. Always something. Seen them eating nuggets and mcflurries behind the counter while customers are in the dining area.
This is ridiculous, first the lines are absolutely insane, and the workers did nothing but argue. Out of all the workers there (and there was quite alot) only two were actually working, but we had to repeat our order to workers many times. The manager did nothing but sit and watch his employees argue, and watch the customers bicker over which order was theirs. After waiting over 45 minutes we finally received our order but they continued to make our order again and again. A young girl was waiting for her food with her mom and the young girl even cried after watching all these mindless employees argue.
I don't eat McDonald's much but when I do it's a bacon egg and cheese biscuit . At this location in Pompano it's always fresh and the staff is friendly .
The WORST service I've ever seen, 1 HOUR WAIT, they had about 10 people talking and walking around in the back and only one person going back and forth running the the the inside and drive thru. The workers spent more time argueing then making food.
Unbelievable I've been charged by the drive thru mgr "princess" how suiting first order completely wrong $30 for 2 mc chicken and one $2 sand small fri and a sundae. somehow 7 or 8 sandwiches all wrangle up wrong separate and mgr is screaming the order being rude. Long story short sandwichs wrong meals wrong no sundae. she called me crazy and walked away after doing the refund she told me she doesn't know when I'll get. fries dumped in the bag line around the building I call u dont answer I drive back u start screaming where's the bag??? I'm in a different car my man had to go to work and us eat whatever and get $35 over draft fee. Princess Ramirez needs to go back to customer service and management???? what a mistake she came at me like the enemy not the people across the street empoyees seemed afraid of her. NEVER AGAIN
Great people, clean restaurant, always clean bathrooms.Drawbacks are 2 things.... The bathrooms they keep locked and you have to ask to use them by waiting for someone to unlock the door for you.Lastly, they have removed All of the outlets, so you can no longer sit inside ,enjoy your meal while charging an electronic- for example when you still have to work through lunch and your laptop dies, you are basically screwed.
Worst McDonald ever…… they screwed up everyone’s order 5 cars in front of me and then I pulled up to be told to wait longer…… ended up leaving without my food after 39 minutes….. what a horrible location never ?
Food is always wrong and disgusting at this location. They always give you wrong items and tend to mess up your order. Won’t come back.
BEST McDonalds weve ever eaten at! Fresh, hot, tasty, and friendly. Great crew.
