Drive got my order wrong, and instead of correcting the issue staff had an attitude and said the difference would be 2 dollars extra due to their lack of understanding a simple order. Never again will dine at McDonald’s. Will be reporting the terrible service to the management company and directly to McDonald’s.Manager Victoria is rude and unprofessional please train your staff to do better if their having a bad call out or don’t be customer facing. It’s people like Victoria the “manager” that can really tarnish an organization like McDonald’s.
Absolute worst location. Today my husband attempted to get an espresso shot inside my iced coffee and they told him the machine was out of service. He proceeded to ask for a telephone number to contact corporate as they tell us this often, and they would not provide any assistance and let him know even if he reached someone the machine would not get fixed. This locations attitude is always poor and the service is awful. Don’t go.
The WORST experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Incompetent & rude workers, cold food, incorrect order.I will drive out of my way to go to another McDonald’s from now on.

I bought the same order everyday an they never put my burgers in bag I talked to the manager after multiple toys she told me they would fix the issue just come into store ask for a manager I'm here they are hiding there names so I can't make a report an shrugged her shoulders a laughed at me I will never come here to this McDonald's horrible service speak another language an laugh at my qustions very disrespectful
My daughter was eating her nuggets and she poured her fries in the other side of the nugget box and a beetle was there! This is disgusting!!!I’m calling corporate on Monday. This is the Sample Road and in Pompano Beach location!!!
Good service, but, if going there around midnight, know that it's one of the few in the area that's a 24 hour location. Expect a line at the drive-thru.
I got up from my bed at 2:45am, Monday, March 8th 2022 , to get some good Ole mcdonalds. Make it to the drive thru to be told "sorry we arent taking orders right now" . I just left because It was late and I was tired, but don't advertise 24 hours if you are closed at 2:50am est. .They should hire another worker so they don't have to stop taking orders.
Overall I usually enjoy my trips to McDonald's however today is a huge exception. I received the low par service by the employees, the manager spoke to me any kind of way she wanted including with profanity and racial slurs with absolutely no provocation. Never in my life have I ever experienced such disrespect from the entirety of one store.After this was done I simply requested the name of the manager and she refused to give it to me. The employees followed suit and ignored me all the same and I'm assuming it's so they didn't have repercussions from their boss. An employee should not be afraid to do the right thing for fear of their job.I've reached out to the customer complaint department to leave a formal complaint and I hope to receive a call back from the gm/owner and have the situation rectified ASAP.
I already reserved space number one but my food never came out.... so finally I went inside I said hey I'm in number one could you bring out my food she just basically pushed the bag at me.. no apology..dead stare lookok no straw no napkin. thats ok. i have them in my care...meat dry as a bone.. quality sad. these are the facts today here...order #1966.wonder how people eat this when keep getting disapointed?
