I come here a lot and rarely do I have problems with my orders. Staff here is nice. The drive thru can be hell at night time tho .. the staff seem to randomly disappear on night shifts leaving a ton of people piling up..
I waited in line for 25 minutes ? for the McDonald's employee to tell me the system was down it was about 30 minutes until closing I believe they didn't want to make the food for the customer's in the drive thru I will never go to this McDonald's again I should make them pay for my gas I burned while sitting there the employee's should be fired!!
This is the 3rd time in two weeks I went to this location and they said the sundae machine is broken. But it’s only broken past a certain time so they are lying
This place smelled terrible was super dirty, the sodas had no syrup, and the food was stale and cold. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
I ordered with them through door dash and who ever the lady that was working the window tonight at 11:30 should be fired by how rude she was to my dasher when he was simply trying to pick up my food and make his money and she shut the window in his face. She need to be homeless with that that attitude she has
They just treat like sh$it. The worst costumer service at the drive through. The attitude that the guy had was awful. He was working at 10:03 June 8th better give him a training about costumer service.
Use the kiosk would not come over to see ask the manager for the seat claims he couldn't do it this is an ongoing constant problem and all McDonald's. The manager has the ability to print the receipt from the kiosk at the front counter
April 6, 2022 around 10:40 pm I ordered from the mobile app. I forgot to check in and the cashier took my phone to use Apple Pay to charge me for someone else’s order. They eventually gave me my order and said I wouldn’t have to pay again (and that the hold on my card would be refunded). Turns out one of the employees took my phone and tried to illegally purchase items through my Amazon account app. I called the store April 7 around 10am and spoke to a “manager” who said her name was Tamarie Davis and the manager who was working the shift of the accident was toya/tonya. Mind you I never once was impolite and even Apologized to the lady when I realized it was my fault I didn’t check in my mobile order and yet still continued to yell at me (slipped my mind and your worker didn’t ask, only assumed the mobile order she had was mine, so looks like we both messed up, the rudeness was so unnecessary) Called to place a complaint to McDonald’s corporate, had to call amazons fraud department, and place a police report. Absolutely disgusting behavior from every employee I interacted it, especially when I called; it was unnecessary for you to be yelling at me when one of your employees literally attempted to steal from me. Absolutely disgusting. There needs to be an investigation and the employees who were working that night needs to be fired immediately.
the worst in the area, and I've been to some that are terrible. I used the kiosk because the line was very long, maybe my order took more than 10 minutes, they gave it to me because I called the manager, he made the order himself and he did it wrong. it is also very dirty and full of flies
Demay and damrius beyond amazing during this crazy dinner rush . Helped me use the app and food came hot and fresh. Thanks for making my dinner run super fast and easy
