So tell me why when I usually order something online on DoorDash, THEY ALWAYS BE MISSING SOME OF THE ITEMS. One time I ordered from here, they were missing the Medium Fries. One other time I ordered here, THEY WERE MISSING MY CHICKEN NUGGETS, and now I just ordered today, I ordered a big order, but most of the time it's pretty small. Tell me how they got everything correctly except the one Bacon McDoubles Sandwich? It was suppose to be two, it only came as one. I was so annoyed because my brother started complaining so I had to buy another burger. Next time I order from this McDonalds, I'm gonna personally ask my Delivery person to make sure they put EVERYTHING in the bag.
Easy money. How this spicy chicken sandwich can cost $4 and change?They ask you to use the kiosk to order and pay but don’t give you the receipts. And call the order is ready by receipt number ??♂️
Asked for a chocolate shake but it had so little chocolate in it was pathetic, almost all white except for a pale tan streak around the middle of the shake glass. Told them it wasn't chocolate and they remade it. The second one was better but still light on the chocolate. I don't understand why they have such a problem putting chocolate in the mix. Are they programmed to be that cheap?
The drive thru is a nightmare. I was the first one of two lines. The guy kept saying ''hold on please'' but then kept taking orders from the other line. After 20 minutes I couldn't take it anymore and I left. This has happened before where I wait a while on the drive thru but today was the absolute worst. Don't use this McDonald's drive-thru if you expect to be helped in a timely fashion.
Customer service is DISGUSTING! If your going to hire people make sure they want to be at work. Every morning I come for hot cakes only & a sweet tea . I never get a “ goodmorning welcome to McDonald’s “ & yes I will be putting a review on EVERY SITE ! People work hard for there money for McDonald’s employees to have a nasty attitude ! & it’s the SAME EMPLOYEE EVERYTIME ‼️. McDonald’s on Atlantic is WAAAYYY BETTER & VERY PROFESSIONAL ❤️.
This location is one of the better ones. Food hot and fresh. They get the order correct.
They shut the lights off and announced "We are Closed" with 3 cars in the drive thru. Website says they close at Midnight. And these people want $15.00 an hour?? Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Ignored everyone talking through the intercom.
I regularly come here almost every day on a daily basis to get the same exact thing "hamburgers with no mustard" I work literally 5 minutes away from here One day I forgot my wallet at home and I realize this at the check out window I only had enough for one hamburger but the lady at the cash registered gave me a free drink because of my bad luck which I have no problem with the problem lies with the audible disgruntled workers at my blunder of forgetting my wallet and me just buying one hamburger then receiving this hamburger with no mustard but a excess you can say surplus amount of ketchup on it which I think is very disrespectful it's disgusting when people make mistakes and people get spiteful for those mistakes simply disgusting
