Workers are literally not coming to the speaker to take anybody's order so the cars are not on the timer and the line is around the block and down the street, meanwhile, there are no cars in front of the speaker and only one at a Time by the window. Ridiculous. Lazy workers causing traffic hazards 07/19/22 at 2:20am if management cares .And don't bother trying to pick up a doordash order.. all you will get is "I ain't got no mobile order" over n overOh, and homeless ppl tap on your window while you're sitting in the drive thru to beg.. lovely place to be. I'll be letting corporate know how lovely they are in the morning
Picture says enough. Ordered when busy thinking would be fresh... Nope.
Good service from drive thru, except I ask for mustard ketchup salt and pepper at the speaker and 75% of the time its not in the bag. So I ask for ask at the pickup window. It probably takes 20 seconds for them to get the items in the bag. Why do I mention this? The car behind me could have started to pick up their order 20 seconds earlier and each car behind them. It foes not matter to me because my order is complete. This is the only McDonald's I go to and will continue do do so. This is not a complaint just an observation.
Stop selling ice.You're a restaurant…stick to selling food-like-stuff. There was a line at the drive-thru all the way around to the road because the jagaloon in front of me decided to fill a cooler he kept on the back of his pick-up with ice. Approximately eight bags…one after the other, after another.His order consisted of eight bags of ice and a medium coke. I didn't even know McDonald's sold ice. In the future, can we have the ice people go inside? The drive through should be for serving food not filling up coolers for some guy who thinks he's at Coachella.
This is the worst McDonalds location to go through the drive-thru. There's always a problem. Either the system is down, customer service is rude or there is a 30 minute wait or more. Management: do better. This is " McDonalds". We expect more from you.
I pulled right into the drive-thru, ordered, paid. The order came out fast, especially since l ordered 12 breakfast sandwiches. Thank you for making this a smooth morning!
The late night Manager is rude and needs to either be relieved of her duties or be retrained. I've been there both as a customer and a Uber Delivery driver. But I always end up canceling the order because she tells me to get in a line of 15 Cars instead of just handing me the bag sitting on the counter. I will never wait in that line and I will continue to cancel those orders.
I go here for lunch every other day and the drive thru is always fast, workers is always friendly and pleasant and food is always fresh and made correctly as ordered. Thank you for great customer service!!
Look if it's the workers first day on the job then i don't blame them, especially if they are having a crises in their personal lives, but if that's not the case then how can you mess up a simple order(the people who hand you your food, they do get the drinks right though). Either they're working stoned out of their minds or just have intense down syndrome. We are tired of having to go inside/ pull up to drive thru AGAIN just to grab our actual order. As of feb 4th, the only good McDonald's restaurant that actually got their stuff together is the one on federal near smokey bones. Stop getting a new management and train your employees/upgrade your machines.
the food is solid. The app stinks. And how do you up have no Shamrock Shakes, they just went on sale. So very disappointed and sad.
