Great time, great food, great service! While in town saw this close to our hotel. I loved the breakfast. The eggs were fresh! The pancakes had a nice flavor. There was more than enough food on my plate. All prepared exactly as I ordered. The waitress was very attentive , kept my coffee hot and filled! This is a great place if you are ever in the area, plenty of seating for families and groups, they also had a screened porch area! Highly recommend!
Good quality food and service at reasonable prices
We go for dinner here at least once or twice a month. The service is always great. They have everything like a true New York Diner. I have had Greek food, salads, burgers and things like brisket. Everything is always just as you would expect from a diner. True comfort food. Carrot cake is also REALLY GOOD
This local diner was great, it was clean, served delicious American food and had the BEST customer service we have experienced in a long time. We had lunch on our 1st day of vacation and then breakfast on our last day. Loved the Challah French Toast, but more than that it was our waitress Julie, who truly cared about providing the ultimate, welcoming, and friendly service. She is a true asset to Lester’s and when we escape the Chicago winter next year, we will be sure to dine there again! Thanks Julie & all the staff who made our dining experience a great one !
We always eat at Lester's Diner when we go to Pompano Beach. The service is excellent, the food is never disappointing, and the price is right even during inflation.
Not busy when I came for an early breakfast. Covid protocols not in effect. I ordered a skillet dish. South of the Border, which contained eggs, ham, onions, peppers, avocado cheese, sauce, sour cream, hash browns. Lots of food. I was stuffed. Good service. Reasonably priced. A real bargain.
First time ever to Lester's Diner and it didn't disappoint. The Gyro Platter was excellent and seasoned perfect. My wife had the Philly Sandwich and said it was amongst the best she had along with the slaw. The meat lasagna was given a 7 out of 10 by my daughter. Only hiccup was service. Couldn't get a bill, but it was quite busy.
The breakfasts here are excellent diner breakfasts. This place is always packed, but the service is still very efficient. I have to give Jenny a shout out as she is a fantastic server. She never misses a beat!
Got a few sandwiches and was stale and dry. Slow service, appetizer was ok. Had to put my own seasoning out there
