I dont have enough good things to say about this restaurant . From the octopus to the pizza i was blown away. Being from NY my expectation of pizza in Florida isnt very high but man oh man you have to hit this spot. The gorgonzola spinach might be the best slice ive ever had in my life .
We live in Deerfield and this is our go-to place. Hubby and I eat here every week, delivery via Slice app, pickup via Slice app, or eat in! The staff are so kind, even when they are absolutely slammed. And everything is so fresh and tasty. Their small Greek salad that we take out is enough for two of us to share. Their pizza hits the spot (comparable to NY pizza) and they have some of the best falafel outside of the Holy Land! Great spanakopita too. Simply the best.
Kosta is a unique man. He's essentially the character from "Mel's Diner" from the old TV show, Alice doesn't live here anymore....He's got personality and charisma and is a perfectionist making the best food ever. Sadly, he can be tardy with the food since very little is pre-made...all is made to order and his Greek Pizza's are masterpiece Artisan delights. The only bad reviews he ever gets are because he is somewhat slow with creating his creations but the results are always the best. He's lovable and a truly great chef. He recently has gotten married and now has some business partners but they seem to want to maintain the quality he delivers. My favorite Greek eatery in South Florida.
My husband I are away for my birthday and visited Kosta's for a late lunch. The server was friendly, attentive and did an amazing job describing the food from appetizers to desserts. We had spanikopita for an appetizer which was amazing. The owner brought over a fresh, complimentary slice of Margerita pizza that was a 10 out of 10.. I enjoyed the Soulvaki and my husband the grape leaves. We even took some dessert to go. Highly recommend.
My fist time here. I sat in & ordered a gyro. The gyro was very good as well as the staff, they were attentive & made sure I didn't need anything. The owner was also friendly, I had a short conversation with him as well. I will definitely return when I need my gyro fix. ?
This is by far the best Greek restaurant I've ever been to. Everything is fresh and their lamp gyros are the best! Better than NYC's gyros. We've been here twice not only because of the food, but they treat their costumers like family.
What an incredible meal we had at Kostas . We shared a few specialty pizzas and one was better than the next . The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and the restaurant was super clean . Highly recommend this restaurant
Ordered catering from there for the first time for my sales office, and have to say VERY impressed with the quality of food, nice staff and know my office was pleased. Separately I tried the pizza at the restaurant and it’s great! Thin and crispy
GET YOURSELF TO KOSTAS. This is a small family restaurant and they usually only have 2 waiters in staff but it is absolutely worth the wait. Kosta is very kind and friendly to his customers, the pizza is phenomenal, the Gyro sandwiches are a big portion and one of the best I’ve tasted in a long time. I want to add that the salad is pretty great too. We have made this spot our go to for Pizza and some date nights. Please be patient on busy nights their staff works very hard to get to everyone on a timely manner. ENJOY!!
Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The food is phenomenal-it’s definitely made with a ton of love. The staff is incredibly welcoming as well. We felt like we were back in Greece!
