We had their ice cream and it was fantastic!
Spent $40 on ice cream for four of us. 2 adults and two little ones. That wasn’t even the issue, that doesn’t even bother me. However, my 3 yr old had one lick of her flavor (a single scoop in a cup) and immediately didn’t like it. We kindly asked if she could switch it for just plain vanilla and even a half of scoop would suffice. He took away the one and replaced with the vanilla and then said I just have to charge you… $2.15 .. again it’s not about the money. It’s principle. We spent $80 2 nights ago and $40 today. I think u could splurge 1/2 a scoop of plain vanilla Kilwins…Just saying. Customer service lacks. Looks like we will be returning to Sloans from now on.
Feb 2022, review has only to do with the Ice Cream. Staff were lovely and all the chocolates inside looked YUMMY. In my opinion the ice cream was tasteless. We ordered to different flavors in a cup. although both were creamy they were not flavorful, really boring in my opinion.I think Ben & Gerry’s Ice Cream has more flavor then Kilwins.
The most amazing fudge and desserts I've ever seen and tasted! Just look at this gentleman making the fudge! Like a witch churning a magical potion of tastiness! ?
Went here on Christmas Day because I don’t really have any Christmas traditions of my own but I really wanted my son to have some happiness. Stumbled upon Kilwins on pompano beach and were pleasantly surprised that they were open . It is always a yummy experience at Kilwins. I got a chocolate covered Rice Krispie and a chocolate covered marshmallow. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Bless their hearts.
High quality interior, workers, and product. Very well managed. The location isn’t so accessible being as you have to find a parking spot, which is hard to do in the area; however, its surrounding make up for it. Ice cream is always good there and the menu is allergen helpful.
Parking in the parking garage behind the plaza is very convenient. Tasty fudge and sweet ice cream. We had a small ice cream, a half of slice of yummy fudge and a bit of chocolate treats! nice to stop after dinner on the beach, but bring your deep pockets, it’s a bit pricey.
My most favorite ice cream ? fortunately I live in walking distance and enjoy going here several times during week. My favorite is mint chocolate and brownie nut fudge ice cream...also their chocolate candy pretzels are wonderful ?
12/04/21 My wife and I stopped in for a cup of Cappuccino Chocolate Chip ice cream. It was delicious and the best we have ever tasted. The service is excellent at Kilwins and we appreciated meeting Judy Kotzen, Owner/Operator. She was very amiable and we had a nice chat. This new location is fabulous, along the beachfront, and it is a great addition to our City. Our sincere wishes for much future success. To those reading this review, stop in for super chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and very courteous customer service. You will be glad you did!
We've ben there 5 times since we've moved here. A easy walk for us! All flavors we've had are very good. We'll be back frequently!!
