I had the 2 piece meal With a side item and a biscuit and a drink I got there at 2 I could tell the chicken had been cooked from lunch Hard and grease crust Biscuit was hard and dry mash potatoes and gravy and my drink were good. It's about food quality all day
The cashier was nice, but they totally forgot the gravy for the mash with my family meal. Its not complete without gravy
Employees at the front desk taking orders don't know much about the menu. They forgot some of the things in my order. Wait time with an empty store was extremely long.

Very bad place to order I ordered an Uber eats here and it said “preparing order for 35 minutes” I called and the girl said let me start making your food now which means if I hadn’t of called they wouldn’t have made my food.
Very bad .this Haitian girl are very rude.i pay for 2 fill up with breast.thigh and leg.sweet tea ande the side was Cole slaw.after y pay she said they don't have any breast.i told her make sure they give me the order Right before I live far.went I was have way home I drink but it was soda.not sweet tea.and they give me mash potatoes.and I don't eat that.bad service.never again.
Sad because Beyond Chicken is no longer available. So I can’t eat here at all.
When I bit into this it started bleeding it was just tossed in the fryer and pulled back up literally. I am so disgusted. When I came inside the store the young girl at the counter asked me what do I want her to do... and she stated that it's suppose to cook for 10 minutes well clearly it wasnt 10 mintues or 5 for that matter. When i first walked in a man was leaning against the wall and on his phone I payed no mind to it but I say about a minute later when he gets off the phone he goes straight in the back no washing his hands no nothing and he's the manger !!. If your choosing this kfc I'm truly praying for you and hope you have a stomach of steel! I think I was too nice for not calling the health department.
The servers are nice.This KFC never has the chicken I want and on many trips they say a 20 to 40 minutes wait.All I ask for is a bucket of chicken original flavor.Also...I love KFC's chicken pot pie ... rarely ready.So, either they sell out during the day and assume at slower times they don't cook the chicken to keep spoiled food down to a minimum.They did tell me there was another KFC down the block.
Why is it 11:40pm and y’all already closed? I’m sure your time says 12am. Literally no one there. Absolutely terrible. I’m sure cooperate wouldn’t approve.
