Decided to go for dinner as we had not been there in years. I always loved their prime rib sliders so I was excited to get them and the BF got a burger that the waitress raves about. Needless to say the sliders were disappointing as well as his burger. The sliders prime rib looked old and the horseradish sauce was almost non existent. His burger was apparently marinated in Worcestershire sauce and that’s all you could taste. The sweet potato fries were an additional $2 more and tasted like something you would buy at a frozen food section of a grocery store. The whole meal was so salty that it was not even edible. We will not be back and will stick to our local establishments where you can get decent food. But the waitress was awesome!!
We hosted a themed gender reveal for my best friend at JMarks this weekend. The staff was beyond accommodating. Frances, Chadd and Mitch were the best in what they do. We had close to 30 people at our tea party and they did not break a sweat. JMarks has great food and they did an excellent job getting our food and drinks out in a timely manner. We always eat here and this just sealed the deal for this to be our favorite restaurant
Bang bang shrimp is the best in Ft. Lauderdale. Lunch specials were pricey, but tasted great. Have been here before and will be back.
GREAT food and service. Adam was our waiter and he was great. It was very busy and he was attending to many other tables, but still managed to be extremely attentive to us. At one point my husband ordered a beer but in the busyness our waiter had forgotten to bring him his beer. He was extremely apologetic and told my husband the beer was on him and even went as far to give us a free desert. Amazing customer service and the food was worth the wait. My Cajun Havarti cheeseburger was amazing and cooked perfectly, smoked fish dip was fresh, and the desert was delicious! Not to mention the bread they serve you when you first come in is addictive i have never had bread as soft and delicious as this restaurant only downside is you will want to spend so much money because everything is so good ! deff will be back here again to try more dishes
My family and I had the best service on 4/2 celebrating my mother’s 77th birthday. Our waitress Frances was amazing! Frances service our table of 12 with the utmost professionalism, customer service oriented, attentive, smiling, patient friendly, calm and she was just excellent. We eat out a lot and Frances is number 1 if I had to rate all the waiters and waitresses I’m come across. Thank you Frances for providing my family 10+service. If you have a large party, ask for Frances.
This is a favorite restaurant of ours. We always have the avocado egg roll. The steak always arrives perfectly prepared. The white rice and black beans side dish is excellent. Above all we enjoy the servers. They are engaging and cheerful.
Great service from the greeters to the bar tenders, servers and food runners.Very nice quiet place. The food was great.
This was my third visit to this location and the food and service was excellent!! The cold food was cold and the hot food was hot !!!! There is something on the menu for everyone. Mitchell our server was also attentive and fun throughout service, not to mention the manager even stopped by the table. I definitely be back.
Service was great, beautiful place. Appetizers were great but, ribs were tough, and the shoestring fries were something I would not expect to see at a restaurant of that caliber. Next time we will try their steaks. The Manager was great and took care of the issue with our entrée. We will definitely go back
The servers loved seeing our family who use to come weekly before our world became crazy. My maki salmon was delish and so was our friends' steak, sweet potato fries and chocolate cake.
